I think that any idea to try to increase footfall at the Rovers should be tried. You mention a third off season ticket holders would be effected. by this I assume you mean almost everyone in the Blackburn end. I think you would find that season ticket holders who would object to the safe standing area and any disruption that would entail would be a very small number.
