  1. Thanks Gav in the nicest possible way for pointing out that I was 52 when I went to Cardiff for the final, and now I’m 74. Doesn’t time fly. All so wonderful memories before those bloody Injuns arrived.
  2. Stan was a true entertainer who only wanted to play football no matter who for, regardless of what division they were in. RIP.
  3. Yes, as it stands there are four teams with a worse GD than us
  4. Stuart Organ, Mr.Robson in Grange Hill, also died today.
  5. James Taylor - You've Got A Friend
  6. The Kinks - Thank You For The Days
  7. Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms
  8. Rolling Stones - Get Of My Cloud
  9. Given that Jan Molby finished his career in England speaking with a scouse accent, I would imagine JDT could eventually have spoken with a Lancashire accent if he had been given the time.
  10. 50-50 ball and Gallagher pulled out of it.
  11. I do hope so. I’ll be walking to Dumpdale as it’s only 30 mins on foot. I am not looking forward to the walk home on current form.
  12. I can see why Britain wears a hairband, he’s like a big girls blouse. 👚
  13. Many thanks for the explanation.
  14. I access the site on an iPhone and a desktop and have never encountered a problem. Having said that just wait for it all to go wrong now
  15. I seem to remember the same sentiments were expressed when JDT first arrived.
  16. He’s got more faces than Big Ben.
  17. BBC have the posesion 40-60 in favour of Stoke. Is that how it looks on the pitch because you never can tell with the numbers that they post.
  18. Ennis you couldn’t make it up
  19. I have heard that a lady office worker/secretary has been binned and carried the can for the McGuire charade. These tossers must not know that only the CEO or the club secretary can deal with the EFL regarding transfers. It seems they have found a sacrificial lamb.
  20. Great post and I couldn’t agree more.
  21. “I am looking forward to being at Ewood Park tomorrow and meeting the supporters, who can play a big part for us between now and the end of the season. Well that was certainly not quoted by Eustace, it has purposely been put int by Waggot to deflect any protest tomorrow against him or the Raos.
  22. Quite frankly I couldn't care less who the manager will be anymore. As long as the cancer of the Raos and Maggot remains, then it could be the likes of Pep coming in and it still wouldn't make one iota of difference. Best of luck to JDT wherever he goes, he's best out of this shit show.
  23. Absolutely, that’s why programs like this are constantly repeated so many years on.
  24. The Eagle’s Long Goodbye World tour has four nights in Manchester at the Co-Op Live arena that is still under construction, that is the only UK venue for the final World tour. Tickets range from around the £200 mark where you will need binoculars to the £650 region. It looks as though I will not afford to see one of my favourite bands at those prices.
