It will be a close run thing. I’m impressed by the number of shirts the Indian fans have bought mind.

I beg to differ . Real have won the European Cup/Champions League a total of 14 times, including 5 on the trot in the 50’s. Leeds on the other hand have been runners up once. -

Talking about shirts with different sleeves like Ipswich, there must be some on here who remember Leeds with yellow shirts and blue sleeves. I think it was Revie who changed it to all white so they looked like Real Madrid. Dream on Don, they were nothing like Real Madrid. -
Alan "Birdy" Birkbeck - RIP
Ianrally replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
How very sad, a true Rovers legend, only one year older than me so must have started going about the same time. RIP Alan, sleep well and do your best looking down from above, the same as you did from the terraces for all the years. -

Bert must have felt close to home when he played at Ewood, given his experiences as a POW. -

Good for your lad that he doesn’t frequent the other dump that lies 200 yards from my birthplace 73 years ago. It was very difficult being a Celtic supporter in that area then as well as now I presume. -

I see Pochettino is complaining because it’s his wedding anniversary apparently. Get a grip you knob, as the saying goes, if you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen. Besides Poch, we used to play Christmas Day in this country as well as Boxing Day.

23/24 kit; is a new sponsor needed?
Ianrally replied to alex l's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Watching Palace yesterday, I noticed their kit is Macron but the halves are reversed front to back as ours should be. Penny pinching by Waggot is my best guess. -

I try to think the worst may happen in the hope that the best outcome will rise to the the top. So defeat will mean we will drop to 21st or thereabouts if the others around us all win. On that basis we will sneak a win hopefully., -

The Paul Gallagher fist shot was wonderful. Me and my lad had been invited by a magpie pal to join him in the posh seats. When Gallagher scored we were up on our feet, nobody around us was. 😂. It was obvious to everyone that it was handball. -
Rangers won't make the right choice of manager, Gattuso will probably be the next incumbent.
