  1. Luton will go two goals up at the Stadium of Light after 14 minutes only for Sunderland to come back to o win 4-2. In the second leg Sunderland will win 1-2 after Luton get the first goal. They will play Middlesbrough in the final and win 1-0 with a dubious penalty awarded by a referee who has given the naff all in the past. And where have you seen this before?
  2. Let’s face reality, we lost out in the previous weeks , not because of today. I personally hope that JDT stays but my heart says he will go if he offered something by an ambitious club as has happened at Sunderland, where there is a different Mogadon to the one we had simply because of that reason. If JDT does stay he must have support from above otherwise we may as well have Kermit the frog as manager for the difference it will make.
  3. There’s only one to follow that Meat Loaf - Bat Out of Hell
  4. Sky are a bad omen for us when you see this.
  5. Historical link between Rovers and Queens Park which I bet horse face doesn’t even know about. Gary’s certainly going to get one over him tonight as it stands 3-5 to Dundee
  6. It’s some game. 2-2 after 16 mins
  7. Did Huddersfield complain about Sheffield Utd’s weakened team? No thought not. They threw the match in my opinion to help their mate Warnock. As will be the case on Monday, when even if we beat Millwall, the Nobbers will chuck the towel in against Sunderland and we will be faced with the gurning champion of the NE making it into the playoffs and progressing to the Premiership.
  8. This is how I see the Brereton scenario unfolding. He will sod off to Spain where they will pick him for the first five games, realise they’ve signed a pup and will off load him on a free to Port Vale where he can be near his family.
  9. At the end of this season Jones will be able to sign for his hometown club, Chorley, and say it was always his wish to play for them.
  10. You have a fair point, it’s the clubs fault at the end of the day. Of course he has nothing to loose. The Leeds faithful will be moaning about hoof ball, but only if they don’t survive.
  11. He’s a total has been, goes anywhere for the money. I used to respect him but not nowadays. I also hate Leeds where every time I went with the Rovers I was spit upon from their gobshite fans. Can’t wait for them to be relegated the odious bar stewards.
  12. His loss and our good fortune I’ve always thought.
  13. Bruce Springsteen - Terry’s Song
  14. Great to see them struggle especially with the money spent and the despicable diving Sterling.
  15. Regarding Longsiders and SC, I’ve always enjoyed there comments on here. Welcome in my book.
  16. They obviously were taken to Read or similar and were told it was Bumley 😃
  17. Big Sam then https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/65453934
  18. His time is up and for me, that has been the case for years. He's a mumbling waste of space now and simply spends too much time talking to Neville and not telling the fee paying audience what is happening on the pitch. Mind you that seems a common practice with many of the TV commentators these days.
  19. A bit of a deviation via Edinburgh is it not?
  20. Hope they give them a lashing!
  21. Same here. I vowed then that I would never watch a play off final that involved us. I was only 43 then so I know that 30 years later, my heart wouldn’t stand it, especially in the heat of that day.
  22. I cant imagine Nagelsmann to going for the Spuds job, but if he did, he won’t last two minutes working for Levy. He’s far too forthright in his views, so like Mourino and Conte who both told it how it is at Spurs, Nagelsmann would be the next top manager to be fired off. What a car crash they are.
