  1. Great comeback (at last) bigger picture is that we can still be out of the playoffs by 5pm.
  2. I still don't think he's a full back but I appreciate he's been doing well since he came back into the side. Brittain is a better RB imo and JRC is far too slow.
  3. Good to see 3 in the middle, always seems like a problem area. Also great to see Wharton start. I'd have started Brittain as JRC is painfully slow but happy enough with what's out. As always, scoring goals will be the biggest problem.
  4. Ramsdale pulled off two great saves to make sure Arsenal came away with a point.
  5. A lot of clamour for Leonard, and I'd be more than happy to see him involved, but he won't start. He'll be lucky to make the bench.
  6. And they put Lampard in charge of it all 😂
  7. At least we've finally moved on from Ronaldinho....
  8. He did, but then he managed just 4 wins in 20 league games the following season and only managed 8 wins in 32 games overall in his time there. Pretty sure, from memory, he was backed pretty strongly in the summer as well. It's an awful appointment, and if you saw anything of Leeds towards the end of his time there, they were abysmal.
  9. There wasn't really a time frame given in the interview I saw this morning for Dack. He was deffo out for the Hudds game, sounded like he'd miss the Hull game too. JDT was asked if he would be back this season and he said yes, he will be but that's all we got.
  10. Was just about to say exactly the same thing. Warnock will have our number 100%. 2 - 0 Hudds is a pretty good shout. ————-———Kaminski Brittain —— Carter — Hyam —— Pickering ——————Trav——-Wharton Dolan—-——Szmodics——-Hedges ———————BBD I don’t really mind if Wharton or Carter start alongside Hyam at centre back, or if it’s Garrett in midfield alongside Trav. Brittain needs to start at right back.
  11. Absolutely fuming. Why do we always bottle these situations?! So infuriating. What a great start to the bank holiday, and to cap it off, the Dingles will get promoted later. Fucks sake Rovers.
  12. Bottle jobs. Absolutely typical of us as well.
  13. Must win for me. As you say in a later post, if we lose the momentum is with Norwich and we have a habit of bottling these sort of positions.
  14. Dingles can seal promotion today with a win, coupled with a Luton loss. Might not be a good Friday afterall....
  15. TK is our number 1 and the better keeper. Pears has done well to get the gloves but it would be madness to finally get a decent keeper after the likes of Steele and Walton and then sell him. Keep both unless Pears wants out, in which case, sell him.
  16. Hilarious that Chelsea went back and hired Lampard, even if it is till the end of the season. The bloke is a dreadful manager. Usual issue that comes up when clubs appoint legends for the short term, what if he goes in and does really well over the short term? They put themselves in a position whereby they have to hire him full time, knowing full well it won't work out in the medium/long term.
  17. Massive game today. A must win really. Putting a bit of daylight between us and Norwich would be a huge advantage at this stage. A loss and Norwich close the gap significantly and you feel the most likely outcome is that they overtake us. We must hold onto this play off spot. The players have been complete bottle jobs for far too long.
  18. Chelsea will get Nagelsmann. He has been linked to Spurs and they will likely try and bring him in asap before Spurs do anything. Could see Potter at Leicester and it would feel like a better fit for him. Spurs will probably end up back with Poch and it'll probably all go wrong.
  19. I can only assume it's because he's a bit more experienced than Garrett or Wharton (plus he was injured) that gives him the nod over those 2. But he's not contributing and in some cases costing us. He's not our player, so it seems pointless persevering with him. With Buckley out, gotta be looking at Garrett or Wharton to come in from now on. They've both been given long term contracts, so they are what the management see as the future for the club. Time to start getting them on the pitch more to develop. Certainly don't want to be lining up against the Dingles with Morton in our 11, it would be men against boys.
  20. Chelsea need to bin Potter asap. He's just another manager that works wonders at a small club but can't cut it at the top level. 0-2 down at home to Villa
  21. Again, not signing a striker in January was criminal
  22. Thinking it would be more like a Samba type defender, stick him up top for the last 10 against Arsenal when we're 1 down. I suppose a Land Rover defender would have been more appropriate at centre back 🤔
