So, to sum up. Mowbray is basically a really good u23's manager, so now prem clubs charge us extortionate fee's to develop their players. Blackburn Premier League Under 23 Rovers. Not much of a ring to that.

If we are paying anywhere near £1m for a loan deal, someone needs sacking. All that money, wasted. Surely, with a better strategy and scouting setup we could be signing players for that money and actually making some profit on them further down the line!!

More than likely, sadly. Desperately hoping it spends the end of Gallagher on the wing but I seriously doubt it. The flip side is, probably not signing an AA replacement so maybe Mowbray is signing wingers so he can move Gallagher and/or Brereton into the middle?
