  1. Sorba and Diaz both needed to stay on
  2. Rovers are the gift that always gives in the championship, so Reading, who are dreadful will undoubtedly get an early Christmas present tonight. Reckon we'll lose this and beat someone we don't expect later on. This is the way.
  3. https://www.lancs.live/sport/football/football-news/blackburn-rovers-injury-midfield-solution-26471470 Lancs live (I know, I know) doesn't believe JRC will be considered for centre mid and it's basically Morton's spot to lose.
  4. Shame that he's out for the rest of the season. I guess Morton will end up with more game time but would be good to get Garrett back in as well as Wharton.
  5. EFL giving themselves a nice pat on the back for handing out literally the most pointless punishment in footballing history.
  6. Great to see a bit of spirit bit far too late for a decent rallying cry. We were abysmal and deserved nothing overall. JRC and Dolan need some time on the bench, Brittain absolutely needs to be restored to RB and Diaz back in attack.
  7. Poor stuff. When we're shit, we're proper shit.
  8. Unless you're playing Rovers, then it's safe as houses.
  9. We've been really poor. Gotta make some changes at half time.
  10. Expires in 15months time according to lancs live. In reality, it shouldn't be that difficult getting him a new deal, I mean he's only really been decent for about 8 games and has spent a lot of time out injured. Obviously it's incredibly naive to assume there is any loyalty in football but feels like he should want to stay here for a few more seasons at least.
  11. This. It's not exactly a new way of working for watford, they've been doing this for years.
  12. Can we never get a settled backroom team? Always need to be replacing someone
  13. We're now at the point where we are most dangerous, to ourselves. Confidence is sky high, some really good results and now going into a game where the majority of fans are expecting a win, and in some cases, by a handsome margin. In the past this is exactly the sort of fixture that will trip us up/bring us back to earth etc. I'm quietly confident we can get a win here but the nagging feeling we'll come a cropper isn't going away.
  14. Yeah, you would hope that there was at least one Utd player on the pitch that had at least a shred of pride left, enough to at least be demanding more from their captain or, as you say, taking the armband off him.
  15. Bruno Fernandez displaying an utterly disgraceful attitude in the defeat today. I'd be demanding he was stripped of the armband after that. A pathetic individual.
  16. Superb result. Had The Blades on strings at times, them having to resort to fouling us. Their lad should have been off as well.
  17. Nightmare draw. Can't see us winning that, we won't raise our game like we have done for Prem teams.
  18. We knew it wasn't happening but at least we have been out out of our misery. Shame, would have been a superb signing, sadly I doubt we'll get anyone of similar quality coming to Rovers anytime soon.
  19. Same, I've had my doubts about him but he appears to be willing to change/adapt. Most managers aren't like that. I think we also have to take into consideration just how good results like last night are, when the squad is basically bang average and we have a few players out injured. Some serious backing in the summer and we could be in for one hell of a season next season.
  20. A couple of strikers are a must. Vale coming on as a sub doesn't really add much. If anything it hinders us.
  21. Don't get notifications like that very often from the BBC
