Oh yeah for sure. They have us over a barrel. His agent will be pushing what Spurs would be able to offer and getting us to up his deal.

I think they have to be 17? which he only turned a week or so ago. The terms of his pro deal were agreed a year ago but since then he's got interest from other clubs and is now on the fringes of the first team, so his agent is trying to get him a better a deal.

As a left footer myself, it pains me to say, my right foot is for standing on only. Same with pretty much all left footers I know tbh.

Davies going to Rangers at least closes the book on that one. Seemed unlikely that we were affording his wages and by the looks of it, Liverpool were looking for a good few million to sell. Not great but at least we can move on now.
