You must be joking. I want to stuff this lot by as many as possible and send them back home on a banana boat. From what I see and hear of Pietersen I don't like him personally but recognise he is a very talented player who has always pulled his tripe out for England. Drives me mad sometimes but we are weaker without him. References to South Africa is stupid. The players in question have lived in this country for a long time and are fully committed to the national cause.

Whose side are you on ? Hey Mr Thickness! The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB for short) is the governing body of cricket in England and Wales. Your national cricket team is called England. Correct, so why don't you take your own advice ? Back to the Ashes series. So all's well that's ends well, god is truly an Englishman. Praise to the glorious Manchester weather but the Good Guys in the White Hats have been the better team over the three Tests. As for the baddies in the black hats, where's the pride but, in all honesty, who cares ? England have now prevailed for the fourth time in five series but because of the idiotic ICC scheduling will have to do it over again this winter and yet again here two summers from now in 2015. It doesn't make any sense to me and threatens overkill for a series that should be widely anticipated every 4 years or so. On a critical note I have been disappointed with England this series. Cook and Trott are in a deep trough of form and the batting is generally well below par. I cannot see Pietersen being around in 2015 and he will have to be replaced soon. For the next Test in Durham, I would also like to see Compton open and Root dropped to No 6. Graham Onions also has to play - if he doesn't play on his home ground in his current form he will never get a game for England again. Bresnan would have to go although he bowled quite well at OT.

Do you want me to find other examples of "shameful" Indian time-wasting ? It's pretty easy if you look.

"Disgusting" India team fined for slow over rate. http://www.thehindu.com/sport/cricket/india-fined-for-slow-overrate-against-sri-lanka/article4880924.ece Next.

Thank you Richie. Seeing as you know sweet FA about cricket which newspaper did you lift that from ?
-
Why the Indians (and Pakistanis) are the biggest cheats in cricket. Scumbags even.
-
Prior and Swann are not cheats, nor are they "scum". This lot on the other hand...... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/cricket/article-2056797/Pakistani-cricket-cheats-Awaiting-sentence.html Smith out plum but not given, but "boy" are we getting the rub of the green.

He will be - don't worry.

I said Pakistan don't like DRS (see below), not that they don't use it. Coupled with your ludicrous opinion about Prior and other silly statements do you know anything about cricket ? http://www.hindustantimes.com/Cricket/CricketNews/ICC-rejects-PCB-s-DRS-reservations-during-SA-series/Article1-1029187.aspxbut
-
India and Pakistan don't like DRS because it is fair and there is no cause for doubt with marginal decisions. They prefer to win matches by bribing umpires or by blatant cheating. It must have been obvious I was referring to Prior's England rivals
-
If he were "poor" he would not be in the Test team. He's not in the Alan Knott class but he's very good and his rivals don't come anywhere near as batsmen.
-
Prior's a lynchpin of this England team and one of the world's best batsmen / wicketkeepers - any suggestion he should be replaced is ludicrous. I expect England to stick with the same XI for OT. Cook and Trott are due big scores. Can't wait.
-
Wouldn't surprise me - about their only chance of winning. Loved the look on their supporters' faces at the end (those that had stayed and not slunk off)

Congratulations to England, a well deserved win. Three wickets down for very few in both innings yet we fought back brilliantly both times. If it had not been for 2 fluke last-wicket stands the margin of victory would have been just as great at Trent Bridge too. Looking forward to Old Trafford and wrapping up the series.

Root should have been out for 8 but was given a reprieve and played well from then on, which I have acknowledged. You need to learn the difference between nationalism and racism - which has been pointed out to you before. You'll have to do much better than that. Anyway away from idiots and back to the cricket, can we finish it before the close ?.
-
I said, most - I didn't name which ones. This is the last time I rise to any of your posts about cricket because you haven't a clue what you're talking about. Watson out, nine to go for England Edit, eight wickets left.
-
Poor record in England. Yes, I saw him play.
-
Fair enough, years ago the likes of Doug Walters and from the present day Mitchell Johnson are big jokes over here. Mind you, some convict once said to me Ian Botham was laughed out of Australia. Forgive me for thinking you lot don't know anything about our great summer sport.

1. I said it's a 450 pitch is the batsmen played properly. The pitch is a batsman's paradise... for proper Test batsmen. 2 I was referring to England only . I'm, not interested in the opposition. 3. You have again twisted words just to cause an argument. 4. You have again expressed an opinion on something you know nothing about. 5. Please stick to your usual areas of expertise. You know which they are. Moving on, hats off to Root for a superb innings, making the opposition pay for a reprieve when he was only on 8. I would like to see England make hay and throw the bat for 90 minutes tomorrow to get about 650 ahead. That would give us 5 sessions to knock over a thoroughly demoralised opposition and keep our foot firmly on their throats while they are down.

Case of lies, damned lies and statistics. Gooch made a very poor start to his Test career before he came good. He was of the best and probably most destructive England batsman I have seen - his dismantling of the famed West Indies attack (at Lord's I think it was) in 1980 was the best Test innings i have seen. I would pay money to watch Graham Gooch - i wouldn't cross the road to see most of other so-called "great" players with better averages.
-
Poor, poor batting. What is going through their minds ? Decent club cricketers would not play those shots.
-
Good old England off to a good start again !
-
England tail wagging as usual.(not)..we're about 100 runs below par on this pitch.
-
From that statement it's obvious that (like politics) you know nothing about cricket. Please stick to your areas of expertise .....ie, racism, tax avoidance.

Clarke has lost 6 Test in a row. Next. Rubbish batting by England, at least 130 short of a decent total.
