I've found that a lot of the line ups have one or two good acts on, there aren't THAT many real stand out every act is a banger sort of nights (bar the ones with small numbers on the bill).

The media were out to get Evans from the start IMO as they were so up on Clarkson. Ignoring the fact he deservedly got sacked for assault in the workplace... Anyhow, having seen a few comments online, it seems as though Evans was very unpleasant to work for and there may have been a mutiny....
