  1. Past hour
  2. Easy to forget we have billionaire owners, having spent about Β£5m in the same period that we've received circa Β£40m in players sales, lost 600+ games worth of championship experience this summer alone, & slashed player wage bill & the women's team. How lucky we were to have "an exciting summer" to look forward to!!
  3. Go in the home end, won't need to sit on your hands or avoid shouting when we score, because we're unlikely to score.
  4. Is he? I was under the impression they were trying to loan him out to save a few quid and had essentially frozen him out until he agrees to the loan
  5. The loan means Rovers have the option to sign him. Deal with club and terms with player agreed. The only way another club gets him is if Rovers don’t trigger the option.
  6. He doesn’t know does he? Another person being lied unless he’s been told to say that
  7. Siggurdson which wasn’t all that long ago and then we loaned Ribero before signing permanently
  8. The annoying thing is there will be plenty of room all over the ground , should just able to walk on at 1225.. It is pathetic !
  9. Yeah...although i say i didn't want to watch any headliner we half attempted to catch a bit of fatboy and prodigy midway through their sets but it was totally impossible to get anywhere near the main stage due to the chair people We're going tramlines and staying in a bnb its usually a pretty similar line up...that storm monday morning put me off going again 🀣
  10. We can probably sign him and sell him on, if he's a success.
  11. Again? It’s sad to see such a talent destroyed by injuries. Wonder if it’s a mental thing as well
  12. Yes. Because of that loose link, and the fact we can't sign a ESC player for the role. Folk just assuming.
  13. Someone didn't get the memo. Used to be a family club. Now it's a zombie club.
  14. Why has this Alofayan rumour snowballed so much? Not seen anything beyond a rumour along with about 14 other teams.
  15. Its a shame we have terrible set piece takers. Because hes so important in terms of leadership etc, and because hes going, his importance on the pitch is being underestimated. He might be average in terms of passing but he wins the ball back really well, he is athletic, he reads the game well and he helps to protect the defence well. Leaves a huge hole and it wont be filled if his replacement is doing rehab.
  16. If he's on loan for a year, does he actually take an ESC place?
  17. Id settle for someone who can take them Asking for both is probably asking for too much πŸ˜‰
  18. What's the 'I joined because it's a family club' thing about? Seems odd no? He's only on loan
  19. It's uncanny that every time an experienced player transfer out is announced. A foreign lower league player is brought in at exactly the same time. It's a stunning coincidence. In fairness this does make sense as a loan. Though bringing in an injured player just seems daft full stop. Next random relegated European better be a right winger, followed by a striker.
  20. Pardon if mentioned, but why doesn’t Leonard play?
  21. If you mean Afolayan, he is English, so no work permit or esc slot of any sort is needed
  22. Rudy Gestede was translating on behalf of Baradji, I turned it off after one minute. He was probably making up the translation to make himself look good 🀣
  23. Think its been well documented the VH group is worth at least a billion although that might be in Indian money terms. Whether the land and all the assets they own is covered by that or separate who knows ? A handy way to make useless swathes of rough land pay though would be secure borrowings against it to run a foreign entity and cream a bit off for yourselves year on year. That theory has been presented on here in the past and it might hold a bit of water when considering they won't sell because they cannot afford to without losing land.
