Errrr......apologies, you didnt "say" it as such you posted EFL guidelines which I thought we were clearly in breach of. If I've misinterpreted the guidelines you posted I apologise. I thought they said the away side were under a duty to put tickets on sale for their fans if the Home side requested it etc etc.

As the lead of a customer service department in my day job, I find it inconceivable that they've just gone with 'we're on A/L, soz, lol'. Their excuse/cop out will be that it's in case there are issues and a supporter needs to speak to someone in person. eg a failed payment. But as you say, we buy online at our own volition/risk.
