  1. Past hour
  2. This seems very reminiscent of when Mola and Garrett were seen as the answer at Turf Moor. Carter spent about 20 minutes on an exercise bike in the tunnel against Derby. Obviously worked a treat. Wonder if Baradji will be subjected to the same.
  3. A big step up for a pressure cooker game in a cauldron atmosphere. It's the kind of thing that can make or break a career. Let's hope it is the former, not the latter. COYB!
  4. Strength in depth: 3 left backs on the bench 🤪
  5. I remember that game as i was actually there and the Cardiff fans tried to get in to the Riverside
  6. You cannot recall players on loan at EFL clubs (eg O'Riordan) until January window opens, Pratt was on loan at non league so that rule did not apply to him
  7. Why not recall Conor O Riordan or is Pratt better? We will see tonight. Two academy players starting.
  8. Delighted Pratt is starting rather than trying to shoehorn Hedges in there. I'm more worried about Miller. I dont think he's very good at the best of times but he must have been playing until 0330 Thursday morning then had to fly back from Colombia. We shouldnt be asking any player to do that.
  9. Sad, sad, sad. Many “ Rovers fans “ and I use that term loosely, are a disgrace to the club….no class , no awareness of history, no values….and to compound it…they believe in the people from India and their minions.
  10. Yes, left footed, so will either play on the left or middle
  11. I'm assuming Pratt is a CB? So he can play a back 5
  12. I remember Rovers fans singing to Cardiff fans, "Where were you at Aberfan"
  13. Disgraceful for respectable Blackburn Rovers supporters, going back to the bad old days, football comes 2nd.
  14. i would`nt be starting pratt in a local derby but then again, our transfer policy is a f*****k shambles,so we have to,if he looks the real deal then he`ll probably be sold in january🙂,we are very light in midfield as well imo
  15. There has always been a scummy underclass in attendance at association football games. The ones who sing the most cringe-worthy 'songs' (and I use the term loosely of course) are generally those with the least actual life experience and perspective, whose capacity for self-reflection is negligible and whose values are shaped by the shallow horseshit digital diet they depend upon for confirmation of their backward views. It was always so, although back in the 70s the rhetoric was fuelled more by anecdote and actual interaction, than the drivel that emanates from the gobby rat-holes that today's yoof yell from. Best to put the noise on 'ignore' and try to filter out any unpleasantness that ensues by focusing on the actual reason you are there - to show your valuable and valued support for the Rovers. I do hope your evening gets much much better 🙂 Thank you for standing up for your values and those of many others who can't make it to Deepdale this evening. COYB!
  16. The answer my friend is blowing in the wind, or to quote Ismael: "They are never really ready, you never know,"
  17. Well I can’t imagine many predicted the line up!
  18. Not sure what we should be expecting from Pratt
  19. Pratt & Montgomery start Baradji is not an apparition
  20. I'm down at the ground by the turnstiles and is a lot of younger Rovers fans (can't be older than 18/19) singing absolutely disgusting songs about Tom Finney. Tried to call them out on it and basically got told to F/O. Hope others will call it out when they hear it as well. Cannot believe anyone would sing about anyone dying at football matches, let alone someone like Finney. Disgraceful.
  21. Dreading this one. A bit drunk already so that will soften the eventual blow. Been wrong every game lately so probably a good sogn. Cheers my fellow Roverites!
  22. Stokes: Starts the day electing to bat Ends the day with a five for.
  23. U21 team to play Watford in the Premier League Cup tonight
