  1. Past hour
  2. On your second point, I wouldn't know as I'm not his agent. The more pertinent question I would ask is why hasn't he signed the offer here yet? Which leads nicely to your first point, which I think that is naive. We obviously haven't offered what Travis wants, hence him not signing anything and looking elsewhere. Throw into the mix the intrinsic factor that both Travis and Batth have openly praised JE and you could, fairly safely, conclude Derby appeals to them more than Rovers currently.
  3. Because every enquiry is met with silence and / or an extortionate price.
  4. Because the owners have been turning down interest the second it's registered, ever since they took over the club. Since everybody knows they're not looking to sell, nobody offers to buy. Hopefully that changes at some point, especially with the financial issues.
  5. The owners & senior management at Rovers (Waggott included) have done a very good job of pushing the narrative that there are no alternatives out there for a change in ownership at Rovers, that we should be grateful even, of their continued ownership. They've got a good amount of the fanbase believing that we are maxed out in every respect, we push the boundaries as far as we can within the limits of the regulations. I've even had comments from Dingles on X along the lines of "WiThOuT VeNkY's YoU's CoLlApSe" and that "No one would ever buy us" The reality, as demonstrated across all the leagues in English football is that there are willing parties out there, ready to take over football clubs and do so with real, genuine ambition with ideas and plans in place to drive that ambition. The only reason it won't happen here is because of whatever bizarre reason Venky's have for refusing to let us go. We're going to be left behind sooner rather than later, and the longer they keep us in their death grip, the further we will fall.
  6. I think it a lovely top, without a morally dubious sponsor and with a 150th shirt later in the year. No complaints from me.
  7. Hang on a minute, Jim, thought you were usually bemoaning ‘nothing southern clubs that have spent most of their time in the third and fourth divisions’ ?
  8. Plymouth Argyle was founded in 1886 - how much history do you want? Average gates at Home Park in 2024-25 were about 16,500 compared to about 16,150 at Ewood
  9. As you have already said, no I wont be buying it and I havent shared an opinion of it. I dont really have a strong one, looks ok to me. Which is why your angry man yells at clouds routine of slamming "unnecessary criticism" and endless thumbs down was totally unwarranted and misplaced. Most of the time, the club does deserve criticism. Here, I havent give it any.
  10. I don't see Derby offering us the fee for Travis and more money than us. If Derby have offered Batth a 2 year contract a week ago when hasn't he sign there yet?
  11. All this talk of other Championship clubs being bought by x, consortium here, ex player here. Why are we never in that discussion, why are there no legitimate parties interested publicly? Just seems so odd...You know the fans hate the owners, you know the historical makings of a club are there and with a serious offer, even the Venkys would need to consider with all the financial issues going. I'm just so jealous...
  12. I could say the very same on yourself in your criticism of Rovers most days. So what do you think of the home kit then and will you buy it when available?
  13. channel 5 have 23 games of the club world cup. Chelsea are on at 5pm today. They have had 2 games already on
  14. A second division club with no history and no sizeable fan base. Meanwhile the Venkys continue to strangle the life out of our club with their cold, dead hands.
  15. Today
  16. The only way they can wrestle back the narrative is with actions. Their words are worth less than nothing.
  17. Part of Jackson's article regarding transfers and contract renewals Pretty much says it all in a couple of sentences :
  18. I think the coalition had Waggott and Pasha in their sights and think that is the logical way, given the difficulty in getting any traction in India. If Pasha does crumble, as expected the foundations are ripped away and I expect it to topple.
  19. Yes of the leak last night by the company Rovers brought in according to Jackaon's article this morning
