  1. Past hour
  2. All this comes down to now is their arrogance. They don’t like being told what to do. They sold off our best players rather than put money in a bond that they objected to. Now the requirement for that bond is gone they have no inclination to improve our situation or reinvest any of those funds brought in back into the squad. lets be 100% clear, neither the Indian courts or FFP/P&S rules are preventing investment in Rovers - they just don’t want to.
  3. There's a few they upset from around that time. Nelsen as well.
  4. So hypothetically, if the Court ruled in their favour they could send another lump of money over? Bit pointless if as RG claims it doesn't have any bearing on the transfer situation. Thanks as always, for your patience in trying to explain this. If you can't be bothered tuning in we can always hear about it from Jackson in about 2 months time.
  5. Venkys initial petition to the court in 2023 was to do with monies they felt they should be allowed to send over in regard to their 2022/2023 ‘commitments’ This has yet to be ruled on. Amongst the various other applications Venkys have made is one from September ‘24 requesting the court orders the Authorities to close their investigation. This has yet to be ruled on either. These are the two matters due to be heard on Wednesday. As to why they’re still pursuing this 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
  6. Can this be shown to Pasha at the next Fans Forum? The jackets could be sold in the shop and the beer on the concourse. Win/win. 😂😂
  7. I wasn’t specifically referring a bit disappointed Salgado didn’t speak up. He hates Venkys, loves the club, and has profile as one of the all time greats of his position.
  8. Always always worth keeping an eye on what these lot are doing.
  9. hahaha that actually makes sense 😅
  10. It could be that the modern organization has copied the original organization, by not having an all white shirt.
  11. Watch 'icicle kick' light up blizzard-hit Canadian final Yeah but "player safety" 😃
  12. Most likely what is having a big effect of the slow service is a staff shortage. Contributing to this is the fact that match day staff who have recently (this season) started are having to pay for car parking. The cost of parking is probably more than most of them earn in their first hour. Shameful.
  13. But there's nothing left to argue about on that score is there? It's been decided. Unless the Authorities are trying to argue the guarantee should be reinstated.
  14. I think Slot will be fine. Liverpool paid a fortune for what is hoped to be a team for the next 5 years. FSG will give him time to implement that. He came in last year, changed relatively little from Klopp and cantered to the league title. I agree that something is off this year. I'm sure all of new personnel, losing 2 stalwarts, Jota's death, backroom staff changes, and other teams strengthening has had an affect but what I've seen is that too many established players aren't in form. Mac Allister and Salah have fallen off a cliff. Konate looks like he's playing on ice (City let him have the ball yesterday and it worked in their favour). Even van Dijk has had iffy games. This lack of form has led to far too many mis-controlled balls, bad passes, dodgy headers, and wayward shots.
  15. Indeed. He also said he didn't like loans and to compound his single mindedness he signed one who won't have played for the best part of six months. He simply isn't doing what is best for the club with his blinkered approach.
  16. Don't mind him being against loans and free agents in principle. But only if the permanent business is up to scratch. If it isn't- needs must.
  17. No, that’s an entirely separate thing. This is the ongoing saga where the last instalment was the withdrawal of the guarantee requirement.
  18. Have they actually come into stock do you know?
  19. So, the shirt that we're not even sure we ever wore...wasn't worn either on the anniversary match or the legends game. It's pretty much meaningless after the event.
  20. What's that for, to decide how much they get fined?
  21. The only people who don't make anything on the deal are the paying public, but who cares about them ?
  22. High earners not being deemed fit to play seems to be a running theme here I'm sure he'll make a rapid full recovery once he signs elsewhere
  23. Two days until the next court date - even I’m not sure if it’s worth paying attention any more though.
  24. Makes sense when the people signing the lease also pocket some commission.
  25. Ismael spoke similar bollocks about free agents when he was at Watford.
