No. The Directorate of Enforcement were told in court last Friday to produce a copy of the complaint they’ve made to the Adjudicating Authority and a new hearing (today’s) was scheduled. Today, Venkys stated they hadn’t been provided with this copy (and neither had the court). Because of this the judge rescheduled for tomorrow.

It won't, they are taking these measures of almost self administered admin to stop it actually ending up in admin where they'd then surely lose the club but maybe still have a 100 million quid overdraft in India to be liable for. They are digging in to cling on to the grim end wherever we end up and only something major with the investigation or whatever will alter that imo. The 'model' they are now trying will have been recommended to them by the usual suspects who stand to do very nice out of it indeed.
