Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach

If that's all he's guilty of, it isn't really worth even mentioning. -

It will be a bit chilly on Tuesday evening. If the Stasi want to search me for sneaking in an illicit pie they will have to put their hands down my undies to find my warm peppered steak. -

I think this is a reach. 'Storied past' suggests stuff that is more tied to the 150th anniversary -

this is one small way to get back at the parasites behind the scenes at rovers, don`t buy any of the overpriced shite they serve,if it upsets the reptile pasha then waaaheyyy,he can`t ban levers from selling pies😆 -
The key word to me in that sentence is “past”. That’s a well worded threat. Jacksons immediate next story is to tell us what we already know regarding the personal guarantee, but he hasn’t printed for 2 weeks for whatever reason. Then they rebuff the claims from rovers second statement. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/25503720.lancashire-telegraph-clarifies-claims-blackburn-rovers/

Weather forecast for this weekend is terrible. I hope we don’t have another game abandoned or postponed. -
Yes it was. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be paying that much though.

Let's hope it's like the LT's David Allin getting after Jim Iley... -
I think if the telegraph are hoping for a reconciliation they will be very careful in what they say personally I would be pleasantly surprised if there are exposé reports.

Referee on Saturday for not giving a penalty (which I don’t think it was) and for winking. The interviewer almost scoffed before he then put him further on the spot and said “despite that, did you see enough from your players”. - Today

Meanwhile, in other news, our local priest has left and the church gardener is doing the Sunday service.... -

This is a huge concern. It smells of a closed culture, which marginalises/silences anyone, who challenges or criticises the current path, which is risking our championship status.....again... You can see Suhail is very prickly, even when questioned in a supporters meeting. As is typical of such "managers", he appoints a clone, who behaves in a similar way... Meanwhile, the club's media department goes into overdrive... I watched that recent (pathetic) in house interview and I felt physically sick... -
starts for Michalski, Tyjon, and midfield maestro Forshaw 😉 Why do we keep playing Powell out of position on the wing ahead of Doherty?

On the face of it, Pasha reports to Venky's but I think they are out of the loop on most things and that is fine with them. I am sure they had no involvement at all in Gestede turning up out of the blue, Adam Owen coming from Hibs, the 3.5 year deal for Ismael. and the signing of injured players? Pasha has other people he listens to and puts self interest before everything else. Would Venky's have turned down the opportunity to have Adidas promoting the sale of Rovers shirts around the world in favour of 'off the peg' Castore kits ? Who's benefitting from that ?? -

Why would Venky's allow £250m worth of debt to be secured against their assets if they weren't the actual owners? -

Some good news prior to the game tomorrow. Leavers bakery are open pre-match 🥳 That’s me stocked up for during the game at a reasonable price and with excellent quality. -

The powers that be get to negotiate dates/times fixtures are played on, if they cared a jot for not overloading the players, they could have easily shunted one of those fixtures to a different week, or at least given them a day or so gap between fixtures

He has loads of experience 😉 He held the same post at Accy last season from March until May, no I am not joking https://www.linkedin.com/in/kasom-shah/ Before that he was a tutor, again for Accrington, he finished his studies himself in the summer of 2024 -
I don't follow, am I misunderstanding? If the U21s were playing 2 games in less than 24 hours, that sounds like an incredibly good reason not to enter more competitions?

bro...the only thing that makes sense is Suhail being the lynchpin ...proxy ownership is common in india business and political culture ...my guess is there's someone above the lynchpin and its not Vs ...Vs can't rid this project as SBI will call the instruments ....if my calculation is correct there's a rift in relationship and a relegation or promotion will push things over the line or some financial forensics investigative journo does an expose
