We have a very odd fanbase when it comes to belittling the status of Blackburn Rovers. I think it’s largely through circumstance, i.e a lot of the fans that were around in the 70s/80s see us as small time as the club was often hand to mouth, of course, those that only remember Venky’s and their downsizing also see us as small time. Ergo it’s Jack’s/the Walkers club that is the aberration, not that Jack built a club to be bigger than the 70s/80s, just like football now is across the country. Demonstrations? Live Demo’s are fairly rare across the footballing world. The fans here have been demonstrating with their feet for 15 years now. When the owners tell the fans groups that it’s only a minority that are unhappy, push that to them. If a demo can be organised then great but if not don’t give up the argument that the owners are driving the fans away because the evidence is there right in front of them.

This timeline given for Hedges recovery indicates that he won't even return to training until mid April at the earliest. The idea that he can be of any use in this relegation fight is just bizarre and laughable. As usual the fans are just being gaslit aided and abetted by the LT so called newspaper.

They just don't get it. It's got nothing to do with expectations of where the club should be at all IMO. We all dream of being back in the premier league, of course we do, and there have been opportunities to make that happen in recent seasons that Venky's have well and truly ballsed up....but that aside, all I care about is to have owners and those running the club that are decent, honest people that have the club's best interests at heart. It is clear that the current ownership and those based at Ewood are not decent and honest, and do not have the club's best interests at heart. Simple as that.

Although I don't wish injury on any player, this isn't great news as far as i'm concerned, so we might get Hedges back for the last 5 games of the season, which means we won't bother to sign a LWB in January. Hedges is out of contract in the summer anyway, we need a LWB urgently
