  1. Past hour
  2. They can send the monies requested in March now with a reduced guarantee payment of 50% - all other terms of sending that money are as per the order in October ‘23.
  3. Me also when you consider the very low starting point.
  4. As per above, Elliott Jackson needs to be all over this. There is no corporate world in which you cannot respond to this without significant scrutiny.
  5. He must know only too well, there no impediment line, was total bollox.
  6. He provides goals and assists, the opposite of flattering to deceive.
  7. We need to get Elliott Jackson to change his reporting on this court case. He's taking the club's word at face value but as these documents show Venky's have major obstacles to funding the club and we're reliant on the decisions of Indian courts to pay essential bills.
  8. yep, the contract talk was definitely a cover up, can see players like Cantwell, Travis and Tronstad leaving too.
  9. I have a sneaky feeling Callum Brittain will in fact, not, be signing a bumper new contract. Nor will anyone else. ‘Get your bags packed for Boro/Sheff Utd/Southampton, son.’ For those like me that just want the end game sooner rather than later, let’s hope Wharton doesn’t go for silly money this summer because I bet they’re praying for it.
  10. I genuinely hope it happens so the happy clappers actually realise what’s going on.
  11. It’s referring back to when an amount of just over £3.5m was allowed to be sent, but only with a bank guarantee and a no objection certificate (Two impediments). Whats more in interesting now is its now being stated that the club is not under a cloud of suspicion YET (see section 12 below) but also that the ED are against any funds being transferred. In my opinion the earliest they may now be able to send any will be after the hearing on 03/08/25 and I think we are very close to the edge.
  12. All gone expectedly quiet on that defender we are supposedly in "advanced talks" with. Yea right.
  13. What does the 2nd part of the order say? The bit reproduced above keeps referring back to an order made in June 23?
  14. That's the obvious conclusion; they'll have to keep selling assets to stay afloat. It really is a hand-to-mouth existance now, which will just keep on happening unless something fundamental changes.
  15. I think that's most likely. Seen Rangers/Celtic mentioned too.
  16. Totally agree. Flatters to deceive!
  17. He had a good season for us and we finished 7th. I think many Championship Clubs would be interested, especially with no transfer fee. He's going to strengthen one of our rivals isn't he?
  18. True---I can only think of celebrating when they've gone.
  19. My expectations for what the club do eventually organise will revolve around being cheap.
  20. I'd agree with that analysis. So it would appear (I may be wrong) that unless we receive the £4.9m before the end of June, we may be struggling to pay the milkman. Amongst others.
  21. Today
  22. Look at the Venkys v Indian government thread for the answers to this. There is no chance anything gets done soon, that french defender Elliot mentioned was just a smokescreen fed to him by the club to make it look like things are happening.
  23. Thanks for posting this. We look in serious danger of running out of money. For those interested, I have posted a snapshot below and invite comments as to who does and who doesn’t consider this to be an impediment to funding, legal or otherwise.
