  1. Past hour
  2. Nope they haven’t which I find annoying to me you can’t claim to love the club but be happy to sit in silence
  3. My concern about Rhodes being Loan Manager is as much about the fact we appear to have created this role this summer (jobs for the boys) as about his ability. Prior to this summer, the role was seemingly done by the coaches/academy manager? Or did we have one I didn’t know about?
  4. We all know the real reasons for him to leave and this is nothing to do with him being a snake - it’s a sad sight fans blaming each other or people who leave the club when we all know what the common denominator is re derby I wonder if half of our team who know play there will say anything about the real snakes at our club in their interviews, I don’t follow derby news but would be interested
  5. Anyone who turns up with one of those needs it ramming up their arse. The reason Derby are 'Derby Rovers' is down to Blackburn Rovers incompetence and lack of ambition nothing more nothing less. Surely even the boo boys, who one min shout Venkys Out then turn up to have a go at the former head coach and players, can see the irony in it. Keep sights on the real targets not the departed.
  6. Personally I think some of the more regular under 21's will be loaned to but it has to be for regular playing time and the right standard.
  7. Says that Eustace didn’t leave for family reasons. Maybe the inflatable snakes for the anniversary game may be popped
  8. He was watching the under 21 team at Preston yesterday. I forgot to add that Stuart Jones was also watching.
  9. There will be a flurry of loans to non league in the coming weeks, as there was last season
  10. I have a feeling of dread that the answer to that question is Forshaw (when/if he is fit) Baradji, Tavares, TGH, & Montgomery all look more like box to box options to me
  11. Today
  12. Whilst not a direct reply to your post, it does loseley tie in Current players available for U21s & U18s. I have included Montgomery, Tyjon, Michalski etc as they look to be subs at most in the first team picture, so should get a few games for the U21s red = currently loaned out GK - Michalski, Goddard, Barrett, Honor, Kahn, Thompson, Wolsoncroft, Holt, Krajewski CB - O'Riordan, Atcheson, Litherland, Pratt, Olson, Davies, Eze, Decandia, Kelley-Quinn, McIlroy, Henderson LB - Batty, Powell, Pates, Leeming, RB - Duru, Houghton, Odugun, Wilkinson, Pitt CM - Garrett, Montgomery, O'Grady-Macken, Dunn, Edmondson, Farkas, Vare, Mansbridge, Potter, Ball AM/Wingers - Tyjon, Wood, A.Doherty, Mullarkey-Matthews, Strich, Dlamini, Leatherbarrow, Sergeant, McCoy, Clanford, Lister, S - Boggan, Joseph, Higgins, Cryer (Tyjon & Wood have also played up top)
  13. Cheers - any other key points from this?
  14. Ismeal 'Jordan I'd like to take out a loan...for a player' Rhodes 'do you have any collateral?' Ismeal 'sorry my director Has left my team desolate, he's sold off all my collateral, I'm destitute'. Rhodes 'then no'
  15. Forget about one off boycotts and all that, won’t happen here. What will happen is gates will continue to drop year on year as we fall down the leagues. Thats your protest right there - but this lot do not care one iota. They’ll just shut the ‘unviable’ academy, the ‘not fit for purpose’ training ground, the ‘surplus’ Riverside and on and on.
  16. thanks to everyone who ordered…keep an eye on this thread for progress updates…⚪️🔵
  17. Yep, up at 5, judge finally sauntered in just after 6 😁. Very short hearing: Other side hasn’t supplied copy of the complaint they’ve filed with the Adjudicating Authority. Venkys want this so they can ascertain the monetary value involved in the complaint to see if the amount of existing guarantees already covers this. Other side confirmed filing of complaint but that Adjudicating Authority are yet to respond. Judge also wants to know whether value of complaint is already covered by existing guarantees. I think it’s going to be back in court tomorrow but that could just be when the other side need to produce the copy of the complaint by.
  18. Out of OUR club. NOW and an apology before you leave. If what I have read is even remotely true, shameful.
  19. I’ve said it multiple times, and in the main post - if you’ve an ambitious owner who hires expertise, you don’t end up with a black hole throughout the transfer window and then take a punt on someone without experience. That said, like a few others probably feel - I like to a certain extent the potential appointment based on his previous exemplary service, and his potential knowledge / links in the game. I find it so hard to understand why there can’t be nuance sometimes.
  20. It's about the level of experience running backroom operations at a professional football club. Personally I don't care either way.
  21. If you think a 32 year old analyst, or a someone with u15s level academy coaching experience is a huge step up on Jordan, then that’s up to you!
  22. Better than a black hole...is that our standard now? Nothing qualifies him for this role other than he used to play for the club with Gestede.
  23. Yesterday
  24. All except for Johnny Evans have prior coaching experience at minimum.
  25. Absolutely mental, and all extremely worrying to be honest. For us older fans who had the joys of Williamson, to this in 15 years, it's a disgrace how things are being run. We was one of the best run town teams around. (Without doubt) RG sounds like a right @ss. Pardon my French!. RG who refused to play for Rovers, then struts around belittling players and staff. It will all come out eventually. Whats happening about CEO?
  26. Quick 1 min AI research - always take the results with a pinch of salt but many of those would fall into the same group; Premier League * Sam Hayball (Arsenal) - Previously a video and match analyst for Arsenal. * Josh Marsh (Chelsea) - Formerly held scouting and managing director roles. * Gary Probert (Liverpool) - Was Director of Football Operations at Ipswich Town. * Jonny Evans (Manchester United) - Recently retired player for the club. * Carlton Cole (West Ham) - Former striker, has worked with the academy. * Will Antwi (Tottenham Hotspur) - Ex-professional player, coached England's U15 team. * Paul Furlong (Queens Park Rangers) - Former QPR player, coached previously for QPR I agree to an extent, the most ambitious clubs aren’t hiring a novice for this role, which is a modern requisite - especially teams with large investment in youth. I think Chelsea had 30+ players on loan a few seasons. However I agree more with parsonblue - this is a sensible, whilst likely cheap, appointment of someone who could be an asset for that role. Also, as this took till after the window closed to sort out, that again shows what we’re up against with the current main CEO.
  27. And repeated none stop by brainless fucking idiots. Beyond infuriating.
