Was surprised at how little anti Venky's sentiment there was inside the ground today. Probably helped we led after 3 mins but only heard one brief "Stand up if you hate Venky's" chant from the Blackburn End on 55 mins. For the most part, although it looked like there were barely 7k on, it was like you were at a perfectly normal Club and nothing had happened over the last 15 years. Others are right it's going to be a tough sell.

Pratt (in particular) and Litherland have excelled since coming in. Can't understand why Academy lads don't get their chance first, as opposed to signing a load of dross from obscure European Leagues then only bringing in Academy lads if there's an injury crisis/suspensions/international call ups etc.

He's desperately poor otherwise though, no wonder he was substituted.

Excellent knock from Crawley, a player that has been picked over the past few years with eyes firmly on this ashes series. His technical ability and shots at times are sublime, but he needs to improve to called world class right. All that said, he’s scored plenty of runs in Australia, certainly been a success on the batting side, where as Pope and Ducket, who have been scoring bags full before arriving in Australia, have been found out big time, very disappointing.

Tronstad called on all three sides to make some noise and Ewood replied. Good performance especially with Pratt & Litherland playing. Would like to see more of Baradji because he has tallent and vision others don't.

Good win, sorely needed. Litherland had two first time shots and made the keeper work for both, which is more than most of our players can do. De Neve won't be going anywhere Gueye & Pickering the most likely only outgoings I'd say.

Key for me was leaving Cantwell on (Tronstad too but i wasn't worried that he wouldn't make 90 minutes). Hedges off the bench as opposed to De Neve was also important whilst Henriksson did his bit by not being offside...

Well we have pulled Pratt and Litherland out of the hat and they have performed really well. We need someone to cover Tronstad and someone for Ohashi. No idea about who could shadow Tronstad (a very very hard role) but whats the deal with Diamini? Does he have a bit of the Ohashi about him?

He’s been there the entire 15 years. Getting rid of him would be a start and hopefully bring the end game closer 🙏
