  1. Past hour
  2. VI says that bad game management was to blame for the defeat yesterday. The person that should have most influence on game management is the manager.
  3. He was heading it back across goal basically but ur right maybe a competent header of the ball would have done better
  4. To be honest I think he trying to deflect the blame but at the end of the day he can blame who he wants, he is the accountable one.
  5. Karbo's was a great chance for someone confident heading the ball. It was a relative free header well inside the box. Gueye's header should have broke the net but it was a good save from the keeper. If Hyamn leaves the header and allow Miller coming from a different angle to head that would have a great chance as well rather than header across goal to no one.
  6. You're right! According to Ismael some of the staff will have to take responsibility as well. Anyone except himself, maybe? I find this 'throwing everyone under the bus' approach of his lately quite disturbing. JDT had earned his right to call out mistakes done by staff due to that he had made Rovers perform. Ismael has done nothing of the sort.
  7. Ah the same one from pre season. Stewards ask you to put it awaw-?
  8. If that's true this club is unofficially in self administered admin.
  9. Agree but an experienced centre half should know what to do in the circumstances. Under no circumstances should he allow their player to break with the ball. If ever there was a case of taking a yellow for team it was then and showed why he is no longer captain.
  10. If parson is telling chaddy to tone it down then you know chaddy is talking shite
  11. Maybe Kargbo is a half chance at best? I see a Serie C player in him!
  12. It wouldn't have happened if Ribeiro stayed back and Tronstad and Henriksson stayed on the edge of the box. We had a point at least. Yes put Hyam, Miller, Gueye, Wharton and Mcloughlin in the box but not leave us exposed to the counter attack
  13. To me if the new number 2 I dont think either Brum goal happens. I think his injury turned the game and the way many Rovers players looked mentally knackered after 60 minutes was also a major concern.
  14. The argument can be made that Tavares was heavily involved in close to every aspect of that second goal 😅
  15. I didn’t sadly…reached Ewood shortly after 2pm.
  16. It wouldn't have happened if Hymn takes the player out properly rather than just stick out a leg and tap the players ankle.
  17. Why do you think he wants to leave?
  18. I don’t agree with the 1 player needed. As a minimum for me it’s: keeper (or use pears as number 2) centre back centre mid (when Travis goes) right wing proper striker (£3-£4m man)
  19. It's the middle of the night and we are not having fun. I think I will see my end of days, before the dawn comes. Never mind there is always next week.
  20. True (ish) Travis was with Liverpool until 2014 (which I think would have been the season he turned 16, so it looks like Liverpool would be due 1.5% of the full transfer value rather than the 2.5% that the twitter account states) Disclaimer - Sunday morning maths is not my strong point, so below is the working 😉 Though if anyone is lazy, WilsdenRover with likely be along to check my work sooner rather than later 😉 Thanks in advance Wilsden 🙂 The distribution of solidarity payments is as follows: 5% of the transfer fee is set aside for solidarity payments. This 5% is then distributed among the clubs based on the period the player was registered with them, calculated from the season of the player’s 12th birthday until the season of their 23rd birthday as follows: – Season of 12th birthday: 5% (i.e. 0.25% of total compensation); – Season of 13th birthday: 5% (i.e. 0.25% of total compensation); – Season of 14th birthday: 5% (i.e. 0.25% of total compensation); – Season of 15th birthday: 5% (i.e. 0.25% of total compensation); – Season of 16th birthday: 10% (i.e. 0.5% of total compensation); – Season of 17th birthday: 10% (i.e. 0.5% of total compensation); – Season of 18th birthday: 10% (i.e. 0.5% of total compensation); – Season of 19th birthday: 10% (i.e. 0.5% of total compensation); – Season of 20th birthday: 10% (i.e. 0.5% of total compensation); – Season of 21st birthday: 10% (i.e. 0.5% of total compensation); – Season of 22nd birthday: 10% (i.e. 0.5% of total compensation); – Season of 23rd birthday: 10% (i.e. 0.5% of total compensation) The distribution is proportional, ensuring that clubs that contributed more to the player’s development receive a larger share.
  21. How? We'll have paid Liverpool compensation when he signed his first pro deal here and any deal up to 23 years old. He's 27 now, they'll get nothing more, surely? Can't be anything in any contract as they released him.
