Dunnfc Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 where is the midfield, there is a MASSIVE hole in the middle and West Brom are exploiting it No dm and Hanley and Nelsen aint stepping up.
RibbleValleyRover Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 As expected they are walking through our midfield, just hope we can hang on and perhaps hit them on the counter.
Radagast Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 First good save by Robbo. We look awfully inept in midfield already where is the midfield, there is a MASSIVE hole in the middle and West Brom are exploiting it Flippin' heck, talk about a being brought back down to earth. Not what you expect to hear after taking an early lead.
AggyBlue Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 Oh my, another great chance for Kally, just misses
RibbleValleyRover Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 1-1. Inevitable we have no midfield.
Eddie Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 That is criminally bad defending by Salgado. What was he doing?
beerwins Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 No excuse not to bring in a midfielder now, its glaringly obvious we have'nt got any.
Dunnfc Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 Said at the start of the game thomas has pace...
imy9 Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 That hole has been exposed, we need someone to sit in there, MGP and Emerton are all over the place.
RibbleValleyRover Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 wow our defense is all over the place. Not really the defense's fault, they are facing huge pressure because the midfield just isn't doing anything.
Backroom DE. Posted December 28, 2010 Backroom Posted December 28, 2010 A lot of issues with how we're playing atm, as has been noted there's a gaping hole in midfield that a more experienced manager would have never allowed to exist. Defensively we're weak, but that's par the course this season so far.
AggyBlue Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 Deary me. 1 -1. WBA midfielders all seem to be able to run 20/30 metres with the ball. unchallenged, everytime they are in possession
philipl Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 Matin Olsson is no left back- that was just too easy for the Baggies.
Roverall Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 You could drive 3 articulated trucks through our supposed midfield.
Valois Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 Could have been 2-0, and now its 1-1. Sums up how things are going at the moment. Not enough fight in the side at the moment, FFS come on get stuck in there.
Radagast Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 From the sounds of things Kean needs to consider something drastic like getting Givet on to sit in front of the back four.
