Are they though? Batth good signing yes, Weimann could go either way post injury,Brewster awful, Morris we’d be disappointed with, Sanderson coming back here wasn’t something many were bothered about. This lad at Salzburg wasn’t good enough for either of those teams you’ve listed so largely unproven. Signed plenty yes but doesn’t mean it’s a very very good window. 2 Quote

Ozoh and Beck are 2 very good Loans if they can keep them fit They also paid big enough money for the striker from the states .They won't be finished yet either I'd definitely have taken Morris here.  4 Quote

Really? batth ain’t long term weimann ain’t long term Sanderson loan / beck loan / Clark loan / ozoh loan Morris coming 30 could go either way with him Brewster see above big money signing has nice age 6/9 players likely won’t be there next season 1 Quote
alexanders Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Would we be happy with the transfers if it was to Rovers? Don’t think so 3 Quote

What signings are long term thinking? Eustace wanted to control signings and who they target. That's why he went there. No DoF/head coach structure there.. 1 Quote

I would find it impossible to come across with such a cheery disposition when opining on the sad state of affairs at my club. 3 Quote

What i don't see them doing is selling their best players, do you ? Edited August 5 by Tomphil2 2 Quote

We will see. Quote

Iv no idea about the American Lad they signed but the fee suggests he must have something about him Ozoh looked decent when he was fit Morris experienced and a good player at this level for me Clark an unknown but like only 12 months ago a team paid 10 million euro for him They are having a decent enough window...maybe not for the longer term but for next season they don't look in bad shape 2 Quote

Do you see them selling their best players to pay their bills and fishing around for cheaper replacements to develop or do you see them putting in place a strong squad for this season then trying to add quality to take them to the next level ? Meanwhile here - so far - 4 of last seasons best players have left and nobody has signed a contract extension. Precisely what he knew was going to happen. Edited August 5 by Tomphil2 7 Quote
