I would have thought bringing on McCloughlin and playing Miller at RB would have made a lot more sense? Basically can see TGH not being able to get out at all?

I'd have to see that again as I'm not sure how much his hand was sticking out and it was smacked at him at point blank range. 

Probably would have been given if it was for the home team... 

Jones arguably shouldn't be on the pitch to be handballing it, could have been sent off in first half.
