What rules have Rovers done apart allow their staff to have extra days off given they are working on 1st January and the 4th January given that when our home games?

what is the EFL really going to do? fine clubs for given staff extra days off cos they are working on 1st January and 4th January?

No idea what you're talking about.

I've never once queried the Club being closed over Christmas or staff having the time off.

My gripe is that that shouldn't have the slightest bearing whatsoever on the ability to sell online digital tickets.

Take a breath and think about what people are saying properly for once before leaping instantly down their throats in defence of the Club.

as I said to you Rev in the same reply to you

Yes granted given they are buying them online and are digital ticket then they should have remain on sale but no official coach travel tickets

will you acknowledge that was in the reply to yourself before you reply

I simply asked the question RF99 but as per usual you like to twist it.

Going Sheffield Wednesday game?

What rules have Rovers done apart allow their staff to have extra days off given they are working on 1st January and the 4th January given that when our home games?

They haven't open on Monday's for over 12 months now.

he isn't on the Rovers fan forum anymore. I don't think anyone from BRFCS is

Im not twisting anything. Youve dominated the thread doing everything you can to deflect and divert blame away from the club.

I also find your consistent desire to know whether I am attending every game when its totally irrelevant to be a little strange. But no, I am not going.

I simply asked a question instead of blaming Rovers without the facts, now some people have contacted Sheff Wed and find out what the situation actually is.

It was a simple question, you are very happy to ask questions and want them answering but don't like answering that like whether you are boycotting the Watford game. I was very open saying no I won't and why I won't whether respecting others who will or are boycotting already

Errrr......apologies, you didnt "say" it as such you posted EFL guidelines which I thought we were clearly in breach of.  If I've misinterpreted the  guidelines you posted I apologise.

I thought they said the away side were under a duty to put tickets on sale for their fans if the Home side requested it etc etc.

There’s no apology necessary - I just wanted to check I wasn’t going mad 😄😄

I’ve re-read the regulation and can see where you’re coming from - whether what Rovers have done constitutes a breach, I’m really not sure.

Let’s summarise the position here…

- Rovers sell digital tickets online

- the Sheff Weds tickets are digital

- home fans can still buy them via SWFC

- away fans can’t buy them from Rovers nor Wednesday (for away areas of Hillsborough)

Its boff all to do with staff “holiday entitlements”, the club shop sometimes not opening on Mondays or revenge for the boycott call.

Someone, somewhere, with authority at Rovers has decided to take them off sale on the Rovers website.

The key questions to ask are “who” & “why” because I can’t think of any positive reason for this course of action. 🤷‍♂️

Typical Rovers approach: ascertain the bare minimum they can get away with, shave a bit more off and crack on with the resultant husk.

Surprised at not being open at all before Tuesday... we must be the only business not doing a post-Christmas sale. Could have had one big messy one-off sale and tickets job at Roverstore today... kids with Christmas money, little to no other local matches on, etc., etc.

Ho hum. It must be those pesky fans not cementing their plans a week out in the busiest and most expensive time of year that are to blame.

Just spoke to Wednesday. They are incredulous that our ticket office is closed. Had loads of inquiries from Rovers fans

Can’t afford the players for the championship

can’t afford the pitch for the championship

can’t afford the salaries of the staff for a club in the championship

So poor
