  1. That's mainly because they're league 1 players, nothing to do with them playing together. They're simply both sh*te.
  2. Course. He is largely dependant on Lambert and Coyle signings, that were present when he took us down last time. He's not put his own stamp on it since then.
  3. This is exactly the same as Preston, they scored with their first attack, we don't look like scoring.
  4. F*ck me, if Mowbray doesn't drop Armstrong right on Ashley Williams then it just confirms his lack of brains. He turns like the titanic.
  5. A league 1 manager, picking league 1 players, bringing us league 1 football. It's that simple.
  6. I don't think Elliott even knows, he's like Mowbray's pet dog getting let off the lead at the park. "Gwan Benno, have a run around boy".
  7. Rothwell is wasted here on the left. Needs to get in between their 2 banks of 4. Same with Armstrong, needs to be more central.
  8. 1-0 Stoke, good strike. First thing we do after conceding is... Launch it forwards. There is no plan or method in this side.
  9. Really? I just seen him chase Joe Allen for about 40 yards and put it out of play.
  10. ANYTHING to play Bennett. I bet Mowbray has a panic attack when thinking of an 11 without him.
  11. Keeper should be a big priority, a good centre half, a leader in centre mid and a CF... So pretty much the spine for our spineless team.
  12. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/rovers/news/17551818.rothwell-ahead-of-chapman-in-rovers-pecking-order-mowbray/ More nonsense. Why can you only play on or the other? The more experienced players he speaks of are sh*te. If he's not reliant on his signings to win him games when his current crop of crap aren't winning games then what's the point? If Chapman is behind Rothwell who doesn't play than just speaks volumes about picking players like Bennett or Conway and his intentions going forwards. I don't know what the plan is going forwards with TM but it certainly doesn't appear to be playing to our strengths.
  13. “I know the run we’ve been on is frustrating and disappointing, but to go to Aston Villa and perform how we did for long spells was a good statement. Particularly after that last 25 minutes, we have to believe we can compete with anyone in the division." Erm.... You mean when Joe Rothwell was on the pitch? You mean when we actually had to go out and attack a team we looked good. How about maybe starting a game like that Tony? The bloke is beyond frustrating these days, I really don't understand his thinking on most things anymore and I'm not sure he even knows either...
  14. I don't think I am, I'm simply saying what I'm seeing. I'd agree that he needs to add goals but goals will only come of he actually gets minutes on the pitch.
