The back line was set up wrongly. Personnel should have been Philips, Carter, Hyam, Pickering or swap Carter and Philips. Then Travis could have played DM. Adam Wharton was put right off his game after he lost the ball, did a reckless lunge to try and retrieve it and got booked. He was reluctant to tackle after that in case he got sent off. BBD had a stinker. Hedges had turned his ankle in the warm-ups so played poorly. Hirst looked very good but other players weren't on his wavelength. He was taken off knackered. We can't keep playing as badly as this. I just hope we can improve megamuch at Wigan.

They equalled the record for the most clean sheets at the start of a season ever in the football league. I simply cannot find out who the other two clubs are that hold that record. Can someone please help. P.S. If you didn't already know they failed to beat the record today when Birmingham City put one past them to win the game.

I'm so glad we won the game so well as people are saying. Great performance. However, I listened on Radio Lancs and we were battered in the first 15 minutes before we scored. After scoring it seemed even-steven with maybe us getting on top. Second half we sounded all over them but it was still 1-0. Knowing Blackpool's recent history I was so worried that they would snatch an equaliser as they often do. So I was not comfortable until the final whistle. I'll be watching the whole game tomorrow on Rovers TV.

I'd say to Ben, " You must go to the club who wants you and will pay us money in this window or sign a new contract with us. If you choose neither you will be on the bench of the under 21 team for the whole season."
