The management team should have penalty practice on the training ground. There should be a designated penalty taker and a couple of deputies appointed. It could be Gallagher, Van Hecke, Pickering or Rothwell. Or somebody else. I don't know who is the best one. If there is a problem complying with this on the field, the captain should make the decision. This is the least we should expect from a COMPETENT management team. Another reason why I want Mowbray to go.

This playing players out of position is another reason why I want to be rid of Mowbray. I look at the whole 5 years under him. There are some positives such as a happy dressing room and bringing youngsters through. But in those 5 years I cannot see a real progression in building a competent side and a way of playing consistent winning football. When we were scoring goals for fun we had a weak defence. When we have a strong defence we cannot score. Throughout his tenure we have played square pegs in round holes. This arrangement seems to be carrying on ad infinitum. That's why I want Mowbray and most of his backroom staff to be replaced by someone far, far better.

What? Both of Mitrovic's dives were blatant to me whereas I thought Dolan was clipped. And that's not because I'm a Rovers supporter. The second of Mitrovic's dives was akin to MGP, embarrassing. His first dive he stepped on Lenihan's boot.

Play-offs, play-offs, play-offs!!! I've said this before and I'll say it again. Three of the teams who make the play-offs will play Championship football next season. These games are like cup ties and we all know how good Tony is in having us win them in FA Cup and League Cup year on year. I'd like to see us finish in the top 6, don't get me wrong, but I don't think we should expect much success there if we do.

First 15 minutes they couldn't get out of their own half. But we didn't score...... Then the game developed into an extremely entertaining one. QPR were a good side. They played as well as Nottm Forest. Score could have been 3-2 to Rovers at half time. I thought every Rovers player played well. That includes Pickering and Johnson, although I was moaning about Johnson at half time. All the subs played well. Zeefuik got the ball and started to beat every opponent brilliantly albeit heading towards his own goal. 🥴 A good game fought out between two good sides. Sky will be pleased. Oh. P.S. Van Hecke is a truly class player. He is superb.

We've had the playing staff full of Portugeezers before and it didn't work. That's what NES would do if he came.
