  1. Looking like being a exceptionally hot one here today, air con on, fridge stocked, meats in oven, veg peeled, let the madness begin All the best to all you and yours, have a great day
  2. In that mirror article it says his wages at Southampton are 10k a week, but Birmingham are paying him 18k a week . The 43k per week includes the "loan fee" "They are also handing Gallagher, 21, a hefty increase on the £10,000-a-week deal he banked when signing a new four-year contract at St Mary’s last month. He will now earn £18,000 a week playing for Harry Redknapp this season." That was just after he signed a new contract at Southampton, the figure stated there (mirror story) and the one on the spotrac site seem so far apart that I wonder if they got that information from the total package price from the Birmingham loan deal This recent-ish article saying wages of 24k (taken from a sun article) https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2018/07/15/report-southamptons-sam-gallagher-wanted-by-sheffield-united-and/
  3. Not sure, but looked up Palmer, and his is about 20k per week (so think it is their parent club salary)
  4. According to this on just over 12k a week base salary https://www.spotrac.com/epl/southampton-f.c/payroll/ and this from 2017 - 15k yearly salary https://sportsmaza.com/football/southampton-fc-players-salaries/
  5. Already some slightly heated conversations on twitter. Can anybody remember when TM said something like he had to reel the owners in from splashing the cash, was it prior or after the Brererton signing? Just thinking aloud, A owner with cash to burn buoyed by their first successful season in 8 years, a manager who has seemingly turned a 750,000 player into a 10/15 million one , an agent with the go ahead to find a buyer for a player with the gift of the gab about future profits . A set of officials from a club that wouldnt want to upset the owner and told to get the deal done , Would the owner be tempted to purchase to pass on to the manager to work his apparent magic again? Yes I know pure speculation and a rabbit hole that we don't want to go down again
  6. Rich Sharpe‏ @richsharpe89 12m12 minutes ago More Charlie Mulgrew was ill which is why he didn’t reappear for the second half. #Rovers
  7. Thought Graham was our MOM today, granted didn't score but hold up play was excellent Feel sorry for Brereton, maybe what he needs is to play alongside graham for a few games in a position he his familiar with , scrap the one up top three behind stuff
  8. This is were Venky's might be useful. "we are just waiting for them to sign the cheque, they are hard to get hold of, here you try " Eventually in March, Forest give up FFS 0-1
  9. close, 73 minutes , Armstrong off
  10. Williams for Mulgrew start of second half, Evans off for Palmer, only 1 left Good save from Raya there
  11. Does there not look that many on from inside the ground?
  12. Today's attendance at Ewood Park is 14,202 with 1,272 away supporters.
  13. Mulgrew off (injury according to ifollow) Williams on
  14. Think this game might hinge on who gets a player sent off first
  15. Just seen that goal on twitter, caught it perfectly , no stopping them. Agree Bennet's co-commentary a welcome addition
  16. Long shot, but can you still access the settings on the player screen, if you can try setting it to the lowest 240p and then refresh to see if it starts to fetch the feed
  17. Just glad Norwich are wearing their away strip, was worried I was going to struggle telling canary yellow and green apart from our baby blue and white
  18. Are you watching via chrome (or other windows browser) ?, did this to me a couple of times and refreshing twice quickly seems to work . Also they have cracked down heavily again on vpn's , so if you are using one might be that
  19. But think of the accolades, apparently the 15.2 million deficit from last season is a League 1 record . Always nice to be the best and we beat Wigan to something Sunderland might give it a right good this year though
  20. Liked his Man United answer - I support Manchester United. Being a southerner, that’s how it works! I’m a glory-hunter. I love the trophies.
  21. Well it probably would have been done by Sky, and would by hours upon hours of an agent and his mate with tears in their eyes feeding starving african babies , with the agents son helping load the van with supplies inter spread with rare footage of THAT tackle. Occasional episode showing a car collection and big parties and one focusing on the Rovers baader meinhoff fans group along with their dark forces mates destroying the club and spiking drinks with ex pros chipping in condemning them. . So pretty much we did have a documentary based on the above it was called sky sports news (obviously minus footage of that tackle)
  22. Hopefully to get a higher release clause in it
  23. Ipswich target Rudy Gestede for January loan https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/12/17/ipwich-town-target-middlesbrough-striker-rudy-gestede-january/ Gestede, a £6 million signing from Aston Villa in January 2017, will be made available by Middlesbrough when the transfer window reopens
  24. Good one , we don't want any heavy gamblers or people who buy ripped jeans and shoddy looking clothing
  25. Yeah @roversfan99 when you post players names, we demand a full psychological profile of the player, a run down of the team dynamics of every game he has played and if he fitted in well, his wages , what his wife spends, obviously the agents name and fee. Would also be handy if you could include any school reports which could shed light on his attitude, also details of his upbringing and mum and dad would be useful. Also if you could get in touch with his club physio/ current doctor and grab his health record Thanks in advance p.s also details of his upper body strength index
