  1. Fair play to them so. After Eddie Howe, he is probably as good an option as any available
  2. Parachute money Although I agree Venkys could pay him. I don't get cost cutting on managers
  3. I liked some of those "awful ones". Grey far right, the red one beside it. The prince's trust yellow one. Nice jersey, bad times
  4. Would they though? Their inconsistencies lie at their own doorsteps I feel. Rothwell has 1 good game every 7 and Travis looked way off it physically last season and even at his best, how good is he? Not as good as some Rovers fans think he is I reckon.
  5. Interesting one. Could go either way that. Big change from Wilder to as foreign coach. Mowbray out
  6. I don't believe anyone was suggesting anything more than a few days at most after the actual "end of the season" when they claimed to be ITK. They meant shortly after the last game was my understanding. Not some deadline up until pre season. It strongly appears that he isn't going anywhere and probably never was. Although at this club, nothing would surprise me!
  7. Did anyone really believe we had a chance? https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-transfer-news/ryan-gauld-benfica-list-targets-24185050
  8. The evidence would correlate to it being incorrect, surely? Seeing as it's now the end of the season?
  9. He hasn't even started a game, has he? Instead Mowbray plays Gallagher out of position in the role Chapman should be playing. I don't even know why Mowbray signed him. He ,like others, has been mis handled. Not saying he has helped himself either though
  10. If they had an issue paying it, they shouldn't have put it in. Between this and Mowbray getting confused about Chapman's contract, it just all points to amateurs running the show
  11. We probably won't find better though. If ever there was a time we should keep him and give him a go, it's now
  12. Just proves again he's a moron
  13. This is one of the craziest call ups ever 😂 So random. Only good for Rovers though. Imagine he scores against Argentina? You could probably add 3 million onto his transfer value. It's a good thing to have on your footballing CV. On the same field as Messi. Best of luck to him, what an opportunity
  14. Very tough if not. It's his mother's native language, so I presume he knows a bit.
  15. I would be amazed if Pep Mowbray played 4-4-2
  16. It's too early to know any of this though
  17. According to who? Doesn't make sense that someone could unequivocally say that this early as no doubt they would accept certain offers for him. Unless there is something concrete about him signing a new deal? That would be fairly surprising to me.
  18. "the club" is a bit vague isn't it? Like is the soul of the club communicating to someone via a medium or something?
  19. Read this https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19319286.chapman-considers-next-move-reaching-rovers-crossroads/ So Chapman and Mowbray both thought there was an option for another year, but there isnt. How is everyone so out of touch with basics like this at the club? So fucking amateur accross the board How does something like this even happen?
  20. The owners? Like they have any idea about that sort of thing Mowbray could sign his agents son if he wanted and nobody would care. Oh wait....
  21. Stay by signing a new deal? Because it's easy to make him stay for next season.....
  22. It's not really because we know Armstrong can score goals and we also know Mowbray can't be trusted with a generous transfer budget. We have a decent wage budget
