  1. Harsh on Dunn. He was brilliant in our promotion winning season. Souness then tried to turn him into something he wasn't. A better man-manager would have got more out of Dunn.
  2. My head exploded reading that?
  3. He doesn't like to bring his personal life on to the board though. He's very strict about that.
  4. Come on Jack, it couldn't be more of a local derby if it tried. We are the closest club to Preston. Preston possibly the closest club to us.
  5. Heart attack. Link to a 'where are they now' piece about the players in the Rovers v Chelsea game mentioned earlier in the thread. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/fa_cup/6475529.stm
  6. Make it as easy as you like, you still end up lying. He's making things up again. It's the only way he can keep trolling.
  7. SURCHARGE FACTS:- 800 people are known to pay it at certain matches. Some of those people have no choice but to pay it if they want to support their club. Nobody knows how many people it stops from going.
  8. He'd have been long gone if you were the manager. Disgraceful.
  9. Ironically one of the reasons given by Paul as an excuse for the surcharge. It happens at airlines dontchaknow.
  10. Two people have given you reasons why they have to pay it if they want to watch Rovers. They have no choice. Those people are being ripped off. You don't even agree with the surcharge, yet you continue to argue against those that are directly affected by it. Your starting position seems to be something you've invented in your head. It's all very weird. You seem to be straying into MB troll territory.
  11. They aren't struggling. Unbeaten in 8 and scored 4 in each of their last two home games.
  12. That would create the exact problems at the ticket office that Waggott says the surcharge is there to discourage.
  13. There'll be adverts on TV in years to come asking 'Have you been affected by the Surcharge scandal' It's the new PPI.
  14. He hasn't got an answer so he's trying to change the narrative. Classic Donald. I hope he doesn't make you dress as Melania when you boys hit the town
  15. Either way he's paying more than someone who can commit early and doesn't need or have the reward scheme. #RipOffRovers
  16. How convenient that would be to both club and customer. What a terrific idea. Maybe we could get hundreds of fans doing it What about the pies ordered on the back of it? They would go to waste. There's a shock. You've backed yourself into a corner Donald and now there's no way out.
  17. For all we know they are all in @Oldgregg86 position. They have to pay it because they have no choice. That's why it's an unfair Attendance Tax on loyal supporters.
  18. Good post. There will be quite a few in your situation. It's not about how the surcharge may deter 'thousands' of fans from attending, it's about how it rips off those loyal fans that can't commit until the last minute. You have my sympathy. Unfortunately, because it doesn't affect the likes of Biz Trump and his loyal poodle they can't understand why it is an issue. It sadly says a lot about them. #RipOffRovers
  19. A hot-steppin' wing wizard. He died aged 38 the week before we won the Prem title. Tragic.
  20. That's probably the only reason I'm not worried about him.
  21. The #RipOffRovers is to do with the surcharge. The lack of ticket deals, even though not a rip off in themselves, are a sign of the malaise within the administrative corridors of our fine old club. Try not to conflate the two, Donald FFS!
  22. I'm shocked. He's never mentioned it. We're suppose to be partying together in Preston on Saturday.
  23. He's gone full Donald. Tread carefully.
