This was definitely a point gained not two dropped and had the shoe been on the other foot, I would have been disappointed at only drawing, when one up inside 10 minutes, playing 10 men and having spent 10 times the amount that they had. As RS has stated, celebrate away, as it was a thoroughly deserved point.

From what I’ve seen and from what’s going on, I agree. If they are a few points from the top 2 come January and given the unrest, I think there will be a mass exodus at that point and making the play offs will then be tough. Lots thought Kompany was top dog, but it could turn out that he has been the worst thing to happen to them for quite some time.

We were second best for long periods today, especially after the red, but the never threatened us. Young Beck looks the part and very happy with the grit and determination today. We could have nicked it at the end, but happy with a point and very happy with the start to the season too.

From what Crimpshine has posted above, the are being stopped from funding, not refusing to. All a bit confusing at the minute, but hopefully the club will clarify, but of course, we need to ensure they do so in an honest and open way, if that is possible. Good luck to WATR tomorrow and hopefully they can clear this up, once and for all.

So, they do not need to double up on any payment made, it is just the default position that they find themselves in, should they not use the funds for the stated purpose. Sounds pretty straight forward to me then, they have decide they don't want to fund us. I understand that a WATR trust meeting is to take place tomorrow, whereby a vote will take place regarding a plan of action. There is plenty of ammunition here now.

I suppose they key question is whether they are likely to lose the bond or not. Given it’s at least 9 months so far, since their last payment, it is looking like they think they will.
