From what Crimpshine has posted above, the are being stopped from funding, not refusing to. All a bit confusing at the minute, but hopefully the club will clarify, but of course, we need to ensure they do so in an honest and open way, if that is possible. So, they do not need to double up on any payment made, it is just the default position that they find themselves in, should they not use the funds for the stated purpose.
