I seem to remember post last January's debacle, when GB came out and faced the music, he specifically said that the process re: paperwork submission had been reviewed and measures put in place to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. It's really difficult to know how much he is to blame individually for this cock up (if at all), it's clear however that not all the senior team are singing from the same hymn sheet. I've worked and arguably still work in an environment very similar and sadly, no-one wins. Broughton will not want this debacle on his CV, it serves him no favours for his future in football, which for all intents and purposes had gone quite well prior to him rocking up at Ewood.
