How do you get 50% of a squad to run through brick walls for you, when the likelihood is they're not playing for you next season? No money spent, no long term thinking, no signs of progression from the hierarchy.

You're right, we are in a strong position now and were throughout December and January, much above the fans expectation as you say. During which time, Eustace has been clear with what he wanted in Jan and clearly feels he didn't get. So they didn't deliver in the Summer and haven't delivered this Winter. It's not the point of being given the assurances, he has been given assurances by the hierarchy before. The point is, they never follow through with their assurances and renege on the regular.

That same poster said Eustace was given assurances last summer that the McGuire money would be available for him to spend. That didn't come to fruition. So why would he think any assurances now will be different?

I had a look at out of work managers last night on transfermarkt. Some names that popped out were: Valerian Ismael Rob Edwards David Wagner I even saw Billy Davies on the list and wouldn't put it past this lot.

I first signed up for WATR was during the fan takeover against Watford during JDT's reign. To be frank, the communication has been pretty abysmal. Initially I didn't receive any newsletters for 8 months and had to chase twice for an update. I appreciate everyone volunteers for the role but it's not a great look giving even a small amount of money, to then feel forgotten about.
