In no other world would anyone be given 'Head Of' prior to having ANY experience in a similar capacity. None of it makes sense. He's been shadowing Waggott with the hopes of becoming a CEO hasn't he? So why does he have a job in an area he's not interested in?

Watched the interview, lad comes across well. It's clear to see JDT has had a huge impact on how Wharton sees the game and I think an ex top level pro has shown him what it takes to reach the very top. As JHRover said earlier, we should be seeing incomings before anyone else leaves. The squad is threadbare enough as it is. We'll have 5 players in the previous match day squad return to their parent clubs or have their contracts expire. Then whatever happens with Dolan & Gally on top of that. Get rid of anymore before we add to it and we'll have the admin staff on the bench before long.
