Just got back from renewing three season tickets. We have moved from the Darwen End to the Jack Walker upper. We asked if we could go in the ground (tongue in cheek) to check out the different blocks, rows and seats and the staff went out of their way to help. The security man unlocked about 20 doors, went up in a lift and round and round the inner workings of the stadium. Checked all the different options and picked the best we could. Granted we were spending over a grand, but the customer service given was absolutely the best I have ever received from any where. To go in and pick a seat, sit in it and try it out before buying-fantastic. Full marks to Rovers Office was busy too, with at least a dozen other renewals being made while I was there.
