  1. Where is the two day rain storm when you need one?
  2. Young inner city yob/chav+modicum of footballing talent+£20,000 a week pay=Joey Barton
  3. Even better Bob, just bring you telly in to work with you, prop it up on a pile of Wisdens in front of the desk and hey presto! Just make sure the telly is in the same eye line as your monitor, and if the boss comes in just tell him your monitoring the awful news from London. He wouldn`t dare say anything then.
  4. My moneys still on England. On current form the two attacks seem about equal, but, despite our first innings top order crumble, I reckon we`ve got the better batting right now. I really like Lee bowling and the way he runs up looks like hes gonna keep running down the track and just batter the stumps down! England to win by 4 wickets on Saturday night...
  5. 66-4 boys!!!
  6. Punters gone to a beaut!
  7. Langers worn one already! Thats gotta hurt!
  8. Modes I reckon some of the finish dates on the 5 tests may be adjusted as time goes by...
  9. Looks like he`s been to the same `Tree Trunk Thighs` finishing school as Mark Hughes. Gor blimey!
  10. That`s a pretty attacking team sheet-Johnson Bellamy Gally Dickov!
  11. Even if all he does is bring the best out of Matt Jansen then it will be worth it. I reckon this could be just the Doctor ordered for Matty, a quality quick partner with that Duff -like eye for a killer pass and goal opportunity.
  12. ROVERS WILL WIN THE LEAGUE BY CHRISTMAS THE FAIR PLAY LEAGUE AND WHEN I SAY WIN, I MEAN GET THE MOST POINTS.
  13. Read again Patrick! Newcastle is actually too good for its inhabitants, an accusation which could never be levelled at Blackburn
  14. Souness at Rovers sold David Dunn to Birmingham-£5M, right now seems a good deal for Rovers Andy Cole to Fulham-Free, right now seems a bad deal after last season Dwight Yorke to Birmingham-£???, right now seems a masterstroke Souness sells Bellamy to Rovers for £4M, right now seems a Fvcking good deal to me. Souness is cool. PaddyK-Geordies have nowt better to do than follow the team, jeez Newcastle is at the arse end of England with nowt for hundred of miles except sea then Norway. I`d rather follow Rovers and be shoite with one man and his dog every week than be in a brainless mass of ###### up morons singing TOON Toon Black AND White Army and grossly underachieving week in week out, year in year out. But thats just me, good luck to you and yours Paddy! Bellamy, Bellamy Bellamy , Bellamy! (To the tune of Call On Me)
  15. Bad boys, stick together-never sad boys Doo doo doo doodooo wooo wooo!
  16. How many waverers RE season tickets do you think Bellers signing will convert? Could he even pay for himself in ticket sales? Should we play our home games at the Millenium Stadium? Confused? you will be after this weeks episode of SOAP.
  17. Hughes stock appears to rise daily, and I personally love the guy. But only in the way football inspires, not the Canal St kind of love.
  18. I remember when he played at Ewood last time, and thinking I hate that little b@astard. This usually indicates he`s doing something right. I bet he was a right big headed get at school. Welcome to the Rovers Craig. Make sure you run around a lot.
  19. Thats political correctness gone mad Ste.
  20. Good Grief. Another womens football final at Ewood.
  21. If the umpire had no-balled McGrath for a chest high full bunger in that last over then we would. Well done Aussie, you nearly beat us there. Who knows, you may even do well in the tests.
  22. That`ll be Mr Thomas Chop House on Cross St. Round the corner from Corbieres.
  23. D`OH!
  24. LOL. D`ya reckon mate?
  25. I went last night, a good do all round.Law-awesome. Nine quid for my ticket, and sat under the upper tier opposite the pavilion-very good value compared with prem prices.
