  1. Which means its good to go for everyone, everywhere. I love the Sky when it's blue.
  2. Bradley is due a goal. No player has had more shots in the Championship in the first three matches without scoring than Dack (12 - joint with Brentford's Sergi Canos). Mowbray's all-time record against Hull is very good with 7 league victories, more than against any other team. Bennet is the certainty we know, he will start at RB. Hell of a difficult game to call, I'll wait on a result prediction until the team is known BUT Bradley will score!
  3. Danny Graham in his Rovers career to date has made 156 appearances in all competitions, scored 54 goals and 23 assists. He has been 'involved' in many other goals. Very recently, for example, his header on to Dack to pass to Rothwell to score and winning the penalty against Boro. There will be numerous other such examples of his involvement in a process that led to a goal for us. His 1 goal in 3 games record is continuously criticised by some for reasons only they know. Their reasoning defeats all football logic. I think that when onfield he is now our first choice penalty taker so I expect him to have a good goal scoring record this season too, his usual goal haul plus penalties. This will upset some, feck them.
  4. Spot on. We knew that we were a damn good footballing side under Hughes with some top quality players who could also play hard. The bully tag came from the likes of Wegner who basically wanted a non-contact game and who was at that time a media darling. I think we thrived on it.
  5. As I said in another post I hope DG was a work in progress by the time C turned up. I think so too re Charlie.
  6. Lambert signed Graham on a loan to season end after he had succeeded in his main task of selling Rhodes. Danny liked Rovers so signed on permanent under Coyle. Pedantic yes but just fed up of others memory loss.
  7. Well sometimes I've just had to, its an age thingy
  8. Danny signed on a permanent deal after the Clowns appointment. It was I hope a work in progress prior to the C rocking up
  9. ''Deary'' me seeing those names gave me a shudder, I see Waggott in a new light!
  10. Not once I'm in my seat. LOL Just have to avoid a halftime pee.
  11. Whenever I'm over I buy from there, never a drink or food from inside Ewood. Burgers the size of plates and as much onion as I can handle. I don't drink pre-game or at half time or I would be in the bogs too much and hate crowds and queuing in crowded places.
  12. That truly looks revolting.
  13. Good to win and exceeded my expectation of a draw. Didn't see it but had it on commentary, of sorts
  14. No, I've been away a while LOL
  15. @AAK That is superb
  16. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/17843351.tony-mowbray-responds-rovers-defenders-comments/ Instead of investing in a proper CB Mowbray seems happy to go with a poor LB who now doesn't want to run around so much. It would be funny if it were not true.
  17. Sticking with something that hasn't worked! way to go. It seems to work fine in Chicken rearing, slaughter and experimentation and Football is just a business .... ... Plus it's cheap. Was Mowbrays recent "not good enough to play Oldham" comment direct at Youth or Senior players? Can anyone confirm?
  18. That is really the underlying issue which Mowbray chose to ignore.
  19. Mowbray said he would have to fight for the shirt. Not that that means anything. I wonder how the water problem will pan out today.
  20. Bennett has been involved in 2 "goal-giving cock-ups" already and we've only played 2 bloody games! It should have been 3 but Charlton fluffed their lines. Bennett is simply not a decent RB.
  21. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/17840625.rovers-needed-change-bid-improve-says-mowbray/ More claptrap from the Ewood Joker. There has to be a link missing between his thought processes and the diarrhea that he spouts: “If we’re talking about Charlie for example, there was no fall-out, it was very amicable, we shook hands and he understood this was a football decision not a human decision,” Mowbray explained. “I don’t have anything against Charlie Mulgrew, he’s an amazing man and has a lot of human characteristics that I see in myself. “That may sound strange but he’s a loyal, humble guy who works hard at his job is what Charlie does every day and since pre-season, every day he’s done extra work after training”
  22. Bennett is dogshit. Mowbray has drained every ounce of confidence out of Nyambe. Nyambe is still just 21 FFS!!!
  23. I have a sinking feeling that Lenihan will be unavailable, a relapse needing further 'investigation' Bennett is an absolute certainty to start as RB/Captain. I do not know if Bookies do odds on such things but this is a 'banker' at pathetic odds. To select a starting 11 without Bennett is part of the 'denial' stage of ultimate acceptance of the Madness of Mowbray.
  24. And it was yesterday that Mowbray reported that Lenihan was back in Training.
