So why was he late registering it. Did he sit on his arse for 3 hours watching the game and decide to do it at 10.50pm with his cup of cocoa. Or did Waggot and Co. not finalise the last minute hitches quick enough to give him time? I'm fairly sure if he could have registered them at 9pm he would have done. Why was he so last minute? In my job, I neither pull together nor dispatch any product presentation we sent to major customers. But as those customers are my responsibility I damn well make sure the people working on them have their brief in place in enough time to produce them, and alter the presentation if I think deadlines are in danger.

Completely off topic, but how do managers get a work permit? For example how does JDT get a permit? Could some random manager from the Swedish 2nd division manage a club in the UK? What is the criteria there?

Bit odd how both are waiting for confirmation from the EFL on the paperwork. You'd think the lad from Rochdale, without the supposed complications of the guaranteed fee, would have gone through without a hitch and been filed quicker.

I've heard that the delay is because they only have XXL shirts available for the photo shoots, so they are asking fans to bring some M or L shirts to Brockhall so that the players aren't holding a fat-lad's shirt in their photos.

If we haven't brought in a striker that's pretty bad, but to then let one of our attacking talents leave on loan on the final day is baffling. We knew we needed to add an attacker on 1st January but we may actually ended up with two less than we started the window with.
