I wish they’d won to be honest.

Every team in the play off hunt seems to have fairly easy fixtures both midweek and next weekend. We could win against Reading and still be 7th come the internal break.

Brereton could actually have blocked the shot but he kind of just jumped across him -

Agree. I certainly don’t think we’re less talented than Stoke though. Against Leicester and Sheff United the players looked like they knew they had to be at 100% in order to get a result. Tonight, like at Rotherham and against Wigan and Swansea, we looked as though we were going through the motions and presuming 70% would be enough and superior talent would overcome. They simply aren’t good enough for that. -

Another very bad night at the office from Rovers and it is now imperative we regroup and come back stronger for Reading home game. Some people will underreact about todays result and say it’s only one game, but we need to focus on why we have so many hammerings away under JDT which have jeopardised our play off place this season. Britains cross is what we have missed often this season when, instead of taking men on and crossing to the back post, we pass backwards and sideways too much. Time we started doing that early next game. BBD and Gallagher were both as shite as the rest but did score two headed goals. -

Meh. A positive goal difference is for pussies. Has a team ever gone up with a negative goal difference? 😀 -

Offensively way many misplaced or backward passes. Defensively a lack of effort and concentration. I said on Saturday can we keep that level of application up, and so far it’s a big resounding no. -

Is there only me think this lot look wide open and susceptible to being countered? -
When did demonstrations at Ewood ever bother the club?

All the blocks this morning were BL1, BL2 and BL3. They are now onto block BU so presume it's upper. -
OK. I wasn't aware of that.

As they came down last year they will have 2 more years left after this year of diminishing parachute payments won't they?

As tragic as it is for both families, I do find the memorial service involving the manager and representatives of the club, and the lighting up of the tower orange, all a bit odd when the guy has clearly gone looking for trouble 2 hours after a game. There will be plenty of other tangerine fans who pass away and who don't go intentionally looking to fight with opposition fans who aren't afforded such recognition. Ultimately his actions should be condemned and serve as a warning to others.

I've amended my quoted post accordingly. Not saying what you posted is not correct, that's just a different slant from what I was told earlier.

Didnt post yesterday as I stayed out for a few, but that was outstanding from front to back. It was difficult to pick a MOTM as practically all outfield players could have been in contention. The only thing I will say is the workrate both yesterday and against Leicester was superb. I just hope when we play the likes of Reading at home we apply ourselves similarly and dont just go through the motions expecting a breakthrough to happen like we did against Wigan or Blackpool at home. -
I don't think they've done themselves any favours yesterday with regards to their Ewood allocation.

Why was there a delay for an hour before he started sending the paperwork through at 10.52? Why was part of Rovers defence that SW (or other staff) was at Birmingham? Dress it up as you want, but it’s Waggot should have been on top of one of Rover,s biggest deals in their history and not over 100 miles away eating freebies. So yes, Is only at fault partly as fault surely Also lies elsewhere.
