Tony Mowbray Discussion
Leonard Venkhater replied to Neal's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
I am sure the agents get a slice of any payoff, as they do with a signing on fee-maybe even salary. There are many who believe that there was a period in this nightmare, when agents were actually joint owners. That would mean that a good proportion of apparent losses went into the pockets of "owners". -
Ask Linda Blair!

We have lost more than the "floating" supporters. Off the top of my head, I can think of 8, who sat with us for years. And that is just me.

One of my all time favourite players. I can still see that goal v Bradford into the Darwen End...35-40 yards? -

Ah, but it is a "known known". We both know that he knows that you don't do twitter.. That is exactly why he makes his comments, where you cannot reply or challenge his slurs. -

Reckless-exactly. I just don't get it. I can't help but think other factors-darker forces even- might have been at work... -

Is a dorm table, when the team is placed according to the degree to which the football sends us all to sleep? -
Very well interviewed.. Great to see that it is still going-long after Sham had to try and field Bryan Hamilton's moral indignation/uproar on Radio Lancs. He railed against that 21st Century Fox front cover with the picture of the dirty toilets in the Blackburn End! The club soon fixed the toilets though lol

If the message is lack of ambition, then interest and attendances will only drop. Managed decline...

Again, you also have to ask why were these managers were appointed in the first place? To win promotion? Come on! -

I think he claimed constructive dismissal. He jumped when he and Anderson thought they could extract a pay- off? -

I think that is the issue, Paul. The people that represent Rovers in these meetings seem to do their best to answer questions, but they are only minions in this bizarre scheme of things. Mostly, I think they all come across as decent people. Cheston, you could argue, was merely playing the company man in persistently refusing to disclose what went on over the Warnock/ Coyle thing, while he was on holiday. However, as this was a particularly crucial, costly decision, I do see that refusal as dishonest. We know Suhail is a key person-said to be the direct link to Venky's-and he has never deigned to attend. The Raos, meanwhile, remain remote. -

We still recall his defence of Kean, one of his fellows from the same stable. Pulis was another(from the same stable) who came out in support. Many of us had read the Guardian piece about SEM's role at Bolton and Rovers. So, when Coyle said he had never heard of SEM, that said plenty. Later, he went one stage further before one of the supporters' meetings, as he sought to distance himself from the cockney wide boy." What's his name again?" I guess there were some, who believed him...... And so..to HSH.... -

And listen to the comments from Clark Carlisle (sorry, I know!) about the culture and amateurish training methods, even at Burnley. Similar stuff to what was said at Bolton and Wigan-well before he arrived here. Indeed, Carlisle gives credit to Cotterill for assembling that Burnley promotion side -

BUT....results (his own performance) weren't even part of the recruitment criteria, when he arrived. Any fool could see that from a glance at his CV! -

Oh, I know. It was a joke( which I couldn't resist) about the whole conversation, rather than a dig at you. I guess there is a serious point though. So many of us are so pissed off with recent events, I guess we have slipped into the blame frame, where everything is Tony's fault.
