  1. Nyambe would be the perfect signing for someone like watford. I doubt he would be first choice but trebling his money and self belief players usually have I’m sure he would go to a team more than likely going straight back up as second choice right back. Equally no fee , comparable low wages and guaranteed to do a job . Seems like a win win
  2. I know it will never happen in a month of Sundays but I just day dreamed dyche took us up next year whilst the dingles struggle to get to grips with the championship and float around 15 with Mowbrays wba 🤣🤣. Then I woke up 😒😔
  3. He put what right we lost one nil the daft old b*******d
  4. My day started at 12.30 in the rovers store, third in a queue. I was waiting to get the badge on my home shirt ironed back on. The guy in front was waiting to do the same and the guy in front of him was going mad about the totally wicked sign coming off with staff saying there is nothing they can do with it. No one else was in buying anything. I watched the first half. Sat thinking this is the most turgid , insipid, effortless shite I have ever seen. Then I realised it wasn’t . It was the same thing I have watched week in week out from December to April since Tony rocked up. I went for a walk to jacks statue at half time and read the poem by Henry Holland. “ Everything remains exactly as it was “, “ The old life we lived together so fondly is untouched , unchanged .” There is exact and unbroken continuity” I smiled for a brief second , then remembered the words “ we will absolutely respect jacks legacy “ only to realise that the the fountain the poem is displayed on hadn’t even been turned on. i turned and looked up at the Blackburn end not knowing whether to laugh or cry at the irony of jacks legacy literally covered in poultry shit. I walked back to my seat for the second half . With a few games to go and two points away from the play offs , the fans sauntered back to their seats as the warm afternoon sun faded, in an unbelieving manner, disheartened, imitating the despondent attitude of the players in the first half and Mowbray for seasons. i sat through the second half watching but not taking in what was happening. I heard the usual if Mowbray goes who do we get . If we had started badly and ended well there wouldn’t be boos. I walked out. I won’t be back this season. Take care fellow sufferers.
  5. Jimmy saville was a broadcaster for decades . I wouldn’t want him back on the tv or radio
  6. As much as we alI dare to dream I don’t think dack losing a stone in a week is possible even if the rest happened 😂
  7. Can’t wait for March when he’s telling them all it’s not 2008 anymore 🤣
  8. What a brilliant piece of writing. This deserves to be clicked on. Don’t scroll past and read it . Excellent work Herbster 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
  9. His attitude would be and I’d be happy to go all the way to Peterborough and even lose knowing all was done to win the game and every one cares and he referred to his team , the fans and the club as we. That alone would make him a better option . In fact anyone who walked through the door and said they were interested in the job they are paid handsomely to do would be .
  10. They are on the floor ? what happened to WE are on the floor or WE are devastated after todays result. ”I’m not that interested “ don’t we know it FUCK OFF YOU PARASITIC LEECH
  11. It’s not the end of the world from a football perspective but let’s try and keep some pride jesus
  12. The sensible thing to do if that is the case is let dyche continue next season and evaluate at Xmas . I’m pretty confident he could get them back up first time of asking and then if it isn’t working in the prem , make a change . It’s more of a gamble changing now than giving him six months in the championship. I hope they do get rid because it will be the biggest mistake in hindsight since big Sam left here and I was happy to see him go…. If only I had a time machine
  13. I understand what your saying and agree to some extent. It doesn’t matter if your a ranter or more studious like wenger what matters is results etc . I’m quite a calm guy and don’t think I would be bouncing around the touch line if I was a manager and would probably be sat analysing. However certain things on the pitch and the way games go would have me reacting to incidents instinctively, like when I’m in the stand . I can sit there with calm and quiet but sometimes something happens that makes you uncontrollably react. Secondly, as a manager I would be aware of how my demeanour and body language comes across to my players and fans alike. Head down, hands in pockets etc would never be a thing I would do if only to not let negativity drift onto the pitch and show a never die attitude this is where the problem lies with a lot of fans when they speak of body language imo
  14. Losing lenihan , our club captain to a newly relegated Burnley would be the ultimate kick in the dick. I hope he has high fences if he chooses to swap the famous blue n white for that wine stained shite
  15. Technically the ball from Buckley and volley from Diaz was probably the best
  16. Hard choices in there Suprised Pickering header wasn’t in their id have to go Diaz header v Preston just because it was the winner against a local rival. Not sure it was the best but my favourite I suppose and it’s just to hard to separate the others
  17. It desperately needs to happen if he gets a new contract. Isn’t that what the supporters trust is for ? Genuine question not a criticism
  18. The best scenario that could be is branthwaite and its highly unlikely to be him. He didn’t pull trees up here first time and he will be keeping out whoever is supposedly coming. I’m intrigued at who it could be or which kid isn’t as good as brantrhwaite we are aiming to polish up. either way it’s already a massive downgrade on JPVH and lenihan
  19. I’d find it highly unlikely and exceptionality unusual to think Tony has not only handed the reigns over to prove a point but then whilst sat in second demanded control back to fuck it all up. Can you imagine how toxic that situation would be. This club is a basket case but even someone as cynical as I struggle with that
  20. Yeah I just the vid I posted . Don’t know why I thought it was Walton 😅
