Was gonna back it, saw Mercer had backed it and pulled out. Saved myself a tenner. Rule numero uno of betting: If Mercer has it on avoid it. -

Gallagher can consider himself unfortunate but at the same time outside of the lightning quick run he didn't offer much. Elliott was a far better player for us when he came on vs Preston, albeit against 10 men. Either way that is our best squad on paper so credit to Tony for sticking with it Nice to see Chapman on the bench and hope he can be afforded a few minutes when we are 2-0 up on the 60th minute -

Loving his name. Exactly the team for me as well. Wharton has been solid for us since he came in. Genuinely would be considering dropping Lenihan for Ayala myself but I know that won't happen. Imagine Mowbray dropping two of his captains in two successive seasons??? Sheesh. -
Anybody going to be staying up and watching the Tyson vs Jones fight? Seriously considering it. One of my earliest memories of fighting when I was younger was the Tyson vs Lewis fight. I'd have been 9 years old but my old man let me stay awake with him to watch. It's the only time I have ever seen Tyson. Can't help but feel this fight will be a bit of a farce though, and the thought of watching 50+ year old men fight is a bit weird. I'll be honest it was that Tyson vs Lewis night - everything included, staying up late, the fight itself - that helped to make me fall in love with the art of boxing. For that reason I will probably find myself getting a crate of beers in and watching it.

Lucky for everyone that you aren't then, whereas the actual employer in this thread has stated it is neither here nor there to their ability to do a job They often say attitudes define where you stay in life

I don't know about Armstrong being thee best. Will be controversial because of the amount of goals he has but do think he stops a lot of our attacks by always looking for the shot. Works well for him but if he played a few more wide passes we may get more goals. He's up there though no doubt about it. I think Rothwell and Holtby are the game changers. If they are on the same pitch I feel confident we can win. Lose one and the replacements don't quite cut the mustard and we find ourselves losing the midfield battle.

Found the ability to turn over the summer Last year it would bounce around his ankles for a few seconds before he fell over. Change in fortunes this year means those bouncing balls fall for you. Like a new man and long may it continue. I personally think he’s been one of our best players this season

It was a touch of tongue in cheek humour But what I would say is that if you genuinely didn't mean "he used to play like an incompetent clown" why would you say "he will return to being an incompetent clown" No need for a reply, just apologise to Brereton next time you see him please

There is laser removal. When we were younger my mates used to practice on us so when I eventually went to get my ‘body suit’ designed we had to incorporate a couple of cover ups from them. Most were easy but one had to be removed prior to being tattooed as a cover up was almost impossible. It was excruciating pain. Done in a handful of 5 minute sittings. Genuinely can’t relate the pain to anything I’ve felt before. Them 5 mins feel like 50 and I had a feeling of genuine exhaustion after.

Nobody ever sees my tattoos unless I want them to. I think on the face, neck and hands you have almost painted a picture of yourself in the eyes of some small minded people. I don't personally have any issue with them and quite frankly can't wait until society moves on and sees personalising your appearance as a good thing and not a bad. Who wants to be uniform and looking the same anymore? In my job I do need to remain professional though so a long sleeve shirt sees to it nobody at work knows about them. It is a shame you have to do that really because I have spent a lot of money over the years and my friends work is brilliant. I'd like to show it off more in my everyday life. I think it is one of these cases where if you care what somebody else has on their skin then really you need to get over yourself. It isn't any of your concern. As long as it isn't offensive of course. You hear people say how horrible it makes people look but personally I think wearing Velcro shoes and out-of-the-catalogue rain macs are ugly but I won't judge them for it.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions I suppose. Never seen anything wrong with tattoos. I have practically everything tattooed except my hands, face, left leg and back. Although I should have started on my back piece this year but lockdown has halted progress. Skin is pretty damn boring and the ability to spice it up is a good thing. Such is the diversity of life. In fact me and the artist were talking about how with any luck in the future they bring about a pain free way. Maybe the ability to change tattoo after a time would be advanced too.

Huge confidence boost this Dolan scoring was sweet. How better it would have been if we were there. Looks like he loved it too. Bet he's glad he chose a better club -

Play Dolan ffs Tony. The only problem is that if Dolan scores I’ll be pissed I’m not there -

Not good enough really. The quality of referees in this league is appalling. There’s a lot on the line in the championship and the quality of refereeing should reflect that -

They have been as equally poor! Been an awful game of football in truth. Miss kicks galore, bad passes, bad fouls. Ref is just as bad as either team. Commentary is bad. Camera work is terrible. Can’t say I’ve watched anything I’ve thought of well in the last 45 mins.
