  7. Ha ha yeah same. That could be a feisty one and I don’t know about anyone else but I’ll be rooting for Derby that night, for certain.
  8. He does get out to silly shots at daft times in games but I think the first part of your critique is a tad harsh. I do know what you mean though, he's a frustrating bugger.
  9. Elvis Costello - Spooky Girlfriend
  10. They are basically gathering evidence and preparing for the IFR going live at the moment. But these people are very likely to become the ‘actual’ regulator in due course so it will be very useful to brief them/him on our travails.
  11. They have appointed what they are calling a ‘shadow regulator’ in advance of the launch of the IFR. He’s called Martyn Henderson. That’s who we will be meeting. Edited to add - he’s the most senior person.
  12. Nice Axel rose pic. I'm here all day folks.
  13. Ocean Colour Scene - Foxy's Folk Faced
  14. Joking aside he’ll probably be okay there. Linked to this I work in the same sector as a lad from Manchester (Utd fan) whose son is on Hibs’ books and he goes to watch them a lot. He reckons Miller will become a cult hero at Ewood as long as he stays fit and isn’t suspended!
  15. The Human League - Don't You Want Me?
  16. He could be a very decent championship player based on what I’ve seen of him, albeit in the dog and duck league*. He’s steady, hard working, good in the air and reasonably robust, with a long throw. *Disclaimer - Ryan Hedges didn’t look shit in the same league.
  17. The Rolling Stones - Beast of Burden
  18. We contributed to our own downfall by dropping so many catches, as well as a couple more brainless shots to add to the collection (and yes, despite your century I'm looking at you Harry Brook!)... ...but, you have to tip your hat to India for seizing their chance both yesterday afternoon and today and I think 2-2 is a fair outcome. I also thought there were two poor LBW decisions given against England this morning. The second one was rightly overturned (it would have missed another two stumps down the leg side FFS) but the 'umpire's call' one looked incredibly harsh as well in real time. Great series though, thoroughly enthralling from first ball to last.
  19. England I would say. We were on the ropes there when the rain came. I can still see Woakes coming out to bat tomorrow with us needing 10 or so to win. Its been a terrific series tbf.
  20. I think Colin and Kevin would have coped tbf
  21. I work in East Kilbride. Today EKFC played their first ever professional league match. This is local lads Paul McStay and Ally McCoist at the game. Both terrific players in their day but McStay seems to have morphed into Louis Walsh!!
