  1. He rarely finds himself in the oppositions box and we've not got anyone who can cross a decent ball in sadly.
  2. What an absolutely worthless statement, and a disappointment that these so called committees are not looking at the bigger picture. As much as us Rovers fans love a good moan I think we're generally pretty supportive of players and do back the team but ultimately due to the absolute shower of shite behind the scenes we one day might not even have a team to "back"...
  3. Seen on Twitter that Nick Mashiter who linked Gallagher to Ipswich has also linked Watford's Rajovic. So maybe Mashiter is a bullshitter or Ipswich are desperately chucking bids at championship clubs to replace Hirst who's out long term
  4. We're in deep deep trouble. This team is so bad I'm legitimately starting to miss Sam Gallagher. Jesus Christ
  5. Both us and cov look shite. Awful game of football
  6. Michael Salisbury was actually my P.E teacher in my final year at Darwen Vale, nice chap to be fair...Appalling decision though. I might be wrong I'm fairly certain he was a linesman that mixed up Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain in a match against Chelsea and got the wrong one sent off.
  7. 1. Who will win this year’s Championship ? Leeds 2. Who will claim runners-up spot ? Southampton 3. Who will finish rock bottom in the Championship ? Plymouth 4. Where will Rovers finish this season in the league ? 11th 5. How many league goals will Rovers score this season ? 55 6. Who will win the BRFCS POTY ? Hayden Carter
  8. The idea of that odious gremlin mowbray taking Sunderland up is sickening
  9. Our own Buckley makes some daft decisions sometimes but surely to Christ he's better than Morton. What a waste of time
  10. Absolutely tragic. Disgusting performance
  11. I think Dack getting more match fit (looking sharper by the game) and Hedges playing further up the pitch also helped out massively along with the mixing it up. Our two most intelligent forward thinking players, quick with the ball and always looking to push forward.
  12. First half last night was pretty good, best we've played for a while (not saying much). Buckley was moronic but not deserving of a red card though. We had the unbeatable record when being a goal up, but now we've lost two on the bounce after being 1 up. So my worry now is the team can fall into the bottling mentality they had under mowbray when we had a ridiculous habit of snatching draws and defeat from the jaws of victory with last minute goals from opposition. I've also noticed when attending games recently, there doesn't seem to be as much communication amongst players as there was earlier in the season. Think the only ones that have been are Ayala and Hyam. Hope Hyam takes over as club captain from Travis.
  13. Worst performance of the season so far by a mile. And we've had some proper shit ones
  14. Can we at least look fucking bothered
  15. We're getting absolutely bullied, what an embarrassment
  16. Absolutely woeful first half, nothing but passing between the back three and they couldn't even do that well. Makes no sense having most of our passing play go through the worst passers in the team. I feel like our forwards and full blacks are all over the shop, not knowing where they're supposed to be and Coventry are taking advantage by doing the basics right
  17. Jesus wept thats one of the worst rovers line ups I've seen
  18. I think our right backs have had the benefit in the last few years of having Gallagher on the right who really sticks to his defensive duties, Diaz I feel doesn't drop back nearly as much as Gally which leaves Pickering more exposed I still think he's our best left back in a few years (Though that's an indictment on the rubbish we've had before)
  19. WBA fans did nothing but trot out the same tired unoriginal 4 or 5 chants everybody else does. I would rather sit in silence than give it the "your grounds too big for you" "is this a library" medley they did. Boring shite
  20. Feel like Hedges looked dynamic at times however he lost the ball way too easily in dangerous positions. Brittain had a fantastic debut bags of energy and refreshingly no nonsense defending. Pickering couldn't pick a pass but I do feel he defended well and isn't deserving of the shit he's getting. Ayala and Wharton I feel are a great partnership and one I think many championship strikers would struggle against. Vale got bullied a little bit but grew into things. All in all iffy first half with a more assured second. Good building block for the season.
  21. 1) 13th 2) Buckley 3) Adam Wharton 4) Watford 5) 4th
  22. Didn't see it but apparently Jack Vale looked quite good, if they're thinking about using him in and around the squad this season maybe we should think about his contract (runs out next year I think)
