I'll just stick with my original thought. Under McClaren England will fail to qualify for the Euro's and the World Cup. -

Garbage, we're doomed I tell you, doomed. -
I happened to like Subutteo, many many hours whiled away on that game. Perhaps if I squint while I watch it it will take me back to my formative years. Anyway my quality seems a little better than that in High mode at least it flows, I simply can not tolerated the stop start video.
-
To add, mysteriously and all of a sudden my video is now performing marvellously, IE 7 and all. I will monitor the situation closely but if this keeps up Premium Tv can have my money. When the quality is good it's well worth it.

[Archived] Should Dunny Have Come Home?
USABlue replied to blinddevotion's topic in Football Messageboard Archive
Yes it is Rev but the really sad thing is those folks will hold on to their opinions as if their life depended on it, picking out every flaw, every mistake anything to justify their opinion. Me? Fresh start for Dunny as far as I am concerned, may he bring us what we need. -
Wot no penalty given away yet? He must be trying to impress on his first date.

I will not be renewing my subscription. The video is now choppy on every browser I use, IE6 IE 7 and Maxthon. In fact choppy is not a good description for it its more like a series of still with a little moving action in between. It is worse than my old 233Mhz Pentium2. I don't know what they have done there but they have buggared it up. It used to run so sweet no choppyness no buffering on the high setting crystal clear vid. I have NO problems with any other video but this one. So sick of it they wont get my money next season. Running a Cable Modem which I ran a Vegas speed check on 7.56Meg, ought to be enough. They can kiss my arse. I have contact them and get the usual answer I have always got, Internet traffic heavy Blah Blah Blah Par for the course with this outfit.

Maybe we've been a bit hard on Lucas. I saw today on Yahoo where a 77sqft Apartment, er flat, in London was selling for $335,000 with no heat or electric. Bloody hell 70K a week won't even pay the mortgage on a house

The thing that got me laughing my sperm containers off was the comment on Sky sports. SS have never in my memory ever given Lucas Neill much credit for anything except when he gets sent off or breaks the odd leg here and there. Now, hysterically, he pens a deal with the Hammers and he is mentioned as "one of the best defenders in the Premiership" Bloody amazing how much better a player can get overnight just by moving 200 miles South.

Wigan are in dire form right now. The sort of confidence sapping results that make me think they are toast. I fancy both WHam adn Charlton to make a fist of it and I too see Fulham as a late drop candidate. If the new players do not settle/adapt quickly they could be in the muck right quick. -
If it has ANYTHING to do with big brother my interest ends here.

Who's Jade Goody??

He won't go down in mine, some people just want their private lives and shy away from the spotlight. I would just respect Rogers wishes and leave it at that. After all the fines performances he put in for us you are prepared to sever the fond memories simply because Mr Jones wanted to be left alone. Bloody hell we are selfish as people sometimes.

--> QUOTE(Ste B @ Jan 21 2007, 17:43 ) 481886[/snapback] Against Bolton. I can see Big Fat Sam being spiteful enough to get a young player to knobble him, so potentially not a good move. Well if BFS has accepted the old brown envelope or two it would not be outside his thought process, heh heh. Has anyone clued Sparky in to this possibility. -
[Archived] Mark Hughes - Good Choice ?
USABlue replied to Ste B's topic in Football Messageboard Archive
Just to panic everyone who is feeling good about yesterday's result, can't have that can we, I wanted to raise a question. Given Mourinho's "difficulties" at Chelsea if he was to get canned or leave do you think Chelsea would be interested in Sparky or would Roman want a sexier name, someone who has been around a bit more? For some reason this just hit me today hearing of Jose's whinings, I thought jeez we've all been thinking Sparky might buggar off to Utd what if Chelsea was our main worry. He did play there. -
We did not miss him against Everton either. ' I think we have touched on this before Rev, I fully expect team performances to improve after Neill leaves. In my heartof hearts I really believe it has affected the players, playing for a Captain who wants out and I still think it was a bad error on Sparky's part.
-
I think I was referring to his seemingly increased rash behaviour, still I could have him under a microscope Did mr thenoI'malwaysrighteveryoneelseisanidotDrog, forget the body slam worthy of professional Wrestling or the free kick he perhaps could have not given away that led to Arsenals first goal. To name but two. I have NO problems with Neill leaving, I said ages back he was a mercenary (ridiculed for it too) Neill's best performances for us came in the years contract negotiations were coming up, everything inbetween was very average. Only thing is I wish he would be gone already, I think we will be better as a team for it.
-
Since the parallel with personal lives is being used for Lucash Out Neill, let me try this one. You have Decided you no longer wish to work for your current employer, you know that in a short time you can leave to a bigger better company or more cash. During this time do you honestly put forth 100% effort for your currnet employer. Do you really care if your mistake cost the current employer? Honestly now do you? No, and at times neither has Neill.
-
All I have to add is thanks Lucas for your contributions and good luck. Now let's move on we are BRFC, Blackburn Rovers Football CLUB, get a replacement in, onwards and upwards.
-
I don't care why he's going. Bottom line is he wants out, all I care about now is that we get a good replacement.

[Archived] Should Dunny Have Come Home?

A few small thanks to our Graeme for sorting it too. Hughes would have been at the club at the time so I am sure he heard what went on between Souey and Dunn, does this mean that fundamentally Sparky dis agreed with Graeme's handling of the situation. Surely if he thought Dunny was in the wrong we would not be here. Hope he get's fit, stay's serious and pulls this off. On the gate issue, I doubt Dunny's signing will add many to the gate but I have a gut feeling had we NOT signed him we would have lost a few (more). Or something in a brown paper bag?? -

Posturing, not wanting to be seen as not trying. I had the feeling ever since Hughes said " our injured players coming back will be like tree new signings" the we would not spend anything. well put, and good point -

Finally, some one sees it. Dunny needs to reject Bolton's courtings soon. That gives Brum time to consider a recduced offer from us before the window closes.
