No but I did it once 10miles in to a 25mile fell race. Tied my shoe laces really tight, popped a couple of paracetamol and finished the race. Ankle looked like a football and hobbled for a week but crutches and a boot seems a bit soft if it is just a twisted ankle and nothing more.

Twisted ankle, surely it's more than that? I twist and sprain my ankles all the time and they're not boot and crutches injuries.

I cable tied the exhaust on a few times and the power steering would cut out and seize up going round a roundabout. Would have to switch it off and back on again to get steering back. No one dared try to cut me up in traffic when driving that thing

I know / follow a couple of dog trainers who use social media as pretty much their sole source of advertising/ promotion. You've got to know how to use it, its not enough to just put a page up, you've got to keep putting content out and engage with your followers

At best I keep half an eye on the U23s so not in the know but keep hearing good things about Ash Phillips at just 16. Can any one give more info about him? Do you think bigger teams will try and poach him? I know he's training with the first team but realistically, how far off appearing for the first team has team?

Thought Zeefuik looked OK defensively at left back just got a little bit lost further forward at times. Could stick him at left back and let Giles go forward
