Obviously because the disgusting clown Jones and his people leaked it.

Fantasist...Bolton? Media not asking basic questions so the theory they want him to make fool of himself could be correct. They could start by asking people like Dave Richards and John Williams if they are connected to him in any way. Then you only have to dig up his friendship with Jerome Anderson to sum up what type of person he is. Are those Bolton fans with their phones in their background? Why would they want a picture with a clown like that?

So hypothetically had Jack Walker been one of the greatest footballers ever do you think he would have played anywhere else? If someone like Le Tissier (granted perhaps overrated) cold stay at one club why couldn't someone much higher up the chain so to speak? People on here know I'm cynical about things so yes I'm feeling fine. This is talking about one possible anomaly which might just happen. It's not impossible.
-
Exactly. The issue is clearly on the Rovers/Raya end. Raya was around for a while I'm not convinced he's suddenly going to pick up and leave for somewhere like Brentford entirely on his own terms.

Wonder why some gangsters out there haven't sought bounties on Anderson. Really unpopular figures (with thousands of people) who don't have government protection would seem like ideal targets for them for the right price. If I ever won the Euromillions there's no way I would go public about it too many nefarious people out there.

...and do you believe him? I suppose someone saying Rovers instead of Blackburn is a big enough step. I'm not completely cynical. I believe one day a truly world class (and consistently so) player might stay with a club in the Championship or even lower. Why not? Jack Walker existed there could be someone like that on the playing side of things. I'm talking someone better than Le Tissier or Steve Bull possibly even close to Messi level. You never know. Of course if it's a player who truly is one of the greatest ever it would be an attraction for people who would just want to play alongside him.

Caught a brief look while slightly distracted. Didn't look like he had Dave Richards and John Williams there for support. Or his friend Jerome for that matter. -

Tell them to sod off. Free country. -
Like being on a life support machine at times. Extreme example but who would want that either? "Credit" of course goes to UEFA for making takeover ambition obsolete.

Tony Mowbray, no abbreviated text speak.

Case of Belgium club Mechelen being pulled out of Europa League for matchfixing. Stick to pulling clubs out for that not for having ambition. -
Just to point out compared to Rovers there's room for improvement at most clubs. These are the ones I would consider in the top 2 tiers...and by "consider change" that means it's not essential. EPL Arsenal (Consider change) Aston Villa (Thought that badge they had in the 90's EPL and for a while after was better) Bournemouth (Consider change) Brighton (Consider change) Boring Name FC (Dull badge, dull name) Chelsea (Consider change but it's one of the better in that category) Crystal Palace (Consider change) Everton (Consider change, didn't like the previous one much either) Leeds (Would consider change to rose more like Rovers.) Leicester (Consider change) Liverpool (Should change the one on the shirt back to one they use otherwise) Man City (Thought the previous badge was better but majority wanted it changed) Man United (........) Newcastle (Consider change) Norwich (Poor badge) Sheffield United (Keep the blades, similar changes to Leeds otherwise) Tottenham (Consider change) Watford (Consider change) Wolves (Consider change) West Ham (Preferred previous one. Should keep London on the badge though. EFL Champonship Birmingham City (No change) Barnsley (Boring name, much better than the one with the cartoon dog but still underwhelming) Brentford (Consider change) Bristol City (A bit underwhelming like football in Bristol is historically) Cardiff (Very underwhelming, change that instead of the shirts next time) Charlton (No change) Derby County (Don't like it at all) Fulham (Bit dull) Huddersfield (White rose again) Hull City (Silly cartoon tiger) Luton (Unimpressive) Middlesbrough (Preferred that circular badge they had) Millwall (Very good, less cartoonish than Hull one) Nottingham Forest (No change) Preston North End (Underwhelming, name too regional) QPR (Consider change) Reading (Boring) Sheffield Wednesday (Poor) Stoke (Boring so probably fits) Swansea City (Terrible badge barely even looks like one) West Brom (Remove that bird) Wigan (Consider change) Best badge of other European clubs? Probably Inter.

I would rather avoid any public house especially in Glasgow of all places.

Copyright should be easy to monitor in this day and age. Surely there's no issues over ownership anyway? Even if there were does anyone think Venkys would understand? These are clowns who manufactured counterfeit shirts in India without Umbro's permission. I'm surprised they came back!

Don't see why anyone would want to change the badge beyond antagonistic reasons. It looks modern enough. Arsenal would be a notable example of changing a badge that didn't look modern enough. Rovers don't have that problem. It looks good in any format including computerised alterations or 3D never mind just on a shirt. I did suggest using "think big" on the badge in the past (and got laughed at because Jack's life motto was obviously so terrible for the club) but it could be incorporated into it while virtually looking the same.
-
...though outside the club it became synonymous with success quickly as it wasn't used on the shirts until 1989.
-
...and it's not as if nobody (albeit nowhere near enough) has condemned FUP on here is it?

Town crest has green on it thank you very much. Do some research. ?

I don't care what the people in Bolton say or where the boundaries used to be. From 2001-2012 it would have made sense for Rovers to say "Lancashire" rather than the so called "small town" stuff. Not "Lancashire other than Bolton" which presumably is the promotional style you would have preferred? I'm not really bothered in general where Bolton people consider themselves to be but you have to look at things from what should have been Rovers point of view then and to an extent now. -

...and as coldly harsh as it is wouldn't it make sense to promote Rovers advertising in the Bolton area? Man United will be in like a bunch of vultures. Of course in the Championship it's harder to have the "must see ourselves as Lancashire" mentality which disappeared around 17th August 2000 (albeit it as a Championship club but one that was equipped for promotion). Now Bolton isn't Lancashire as far as I'm concerned but if the club advertises in Preston why not Bolton too? -

Not sure what's worse for them the points deduction or Lowe. Leaning towards Lowe. -
As long as it does not like a Man United kit (which the 2015-16 version did) don't have any issues with red on the shirt. As stated red for Lancashire.

Pretty much saying that Maguire should go on strike to get a transfer. Very professional and respectful to their late owner that would be. ? Sounds like a great attitude to have around. At least it's unlikely to be Ewood.

By telling UEFA and the EFL to piss off.
