  1. The hearing never got to be heard in court in March it was adjourned until August. The judge ruled there was insufficient time left in the day to here it.
  2. The court date in August is primarily to do with the purchase of Anderton House from Gary Neville
  3. Fact. No money can be sent from India without the court approving it. So I can't see how the statement there are no impediments to Venkys sending money over stands up. They can't just do a bank transfer. They have to apply to court with a detailed breakdown of what the costs are for. Hope that answers your question forever blue.
  4. Simply not true that there are no current impediments to the current funding of the club by the owners nor that the court case has nothing to do with the running of the club.
  5. That was the blues bar experiment.
  6. Hope he is as good as his dad.
  7. I don't think it is clear that after the court hearing funding will automatically be reinstated. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that if the directorate proves their case the V's could be banned from sending any money abroad. The directorate was pretty keen on that outcome to begin with prior to any decision hence the compromise until the hearing for detailed breakdowns of costs.
  8. Lot of truth in this. A friend spoke to Don after the game he was shocked. Didn't think the boys would let him down like that.
  9. Has the opportunity to cement his place in the starting eleven. His one touch passing will increase England's tempo. Southgate himself says it allows England to play a way they haven't been able to for eight years. Great credit to JDT for playing Adam in this position.
  10. It seems the directorate of enforcement have only pursued around 2.5 per cent of their cases through the courts. Those they have pursued they have a 95 per cent success rate. That suggests they are pretty sure they will win their case against the V's
  11. It was a poster suggesting some season ticket money was used to replace the sign.
  12. That's because we are looking at international players
  13. Alan Pardew yesterday's man
  14. Not that many less than a 100 portions. Think it was £4 a portion last season but I may be dated with that price been a while since bought any on the ground.
  15. He's a tongue like a snakes so no problem
  16. Fully agree that's why I said Burnley
  17. Will Christine and the children be moving to Burnley I think not!
  18. Steve Cooper has said he doesn't want the job more interested in Leicester apparently.
  19. Can Leeds afford to buy him with £190 million owing in transfer fees?
  20. Galatasaray can offer champions league football but with a very young family be a big upheaval
  21. Depends upon how he performed given the opportunity. The fact he was young player of the season for Plymouth based on half a season for a side finishing in a relatively similar position suggests performance was good. If he had stayed Mcfadzen may not have been signed. All ifs and buts.
  22. To send funds requires court approval. With a detailed breakdown of what those funds are for. As no other court application has been made to date it is reasonable to believe no funds from India will be sent. The court case on August 20 may involve an application to send funds but is also to with Alexander House and the funding of the purchase of this.
  23. Jim Arnold was 29 when he joined from Stafford Rangers. Saw a lad playing for Boston United called Gregory who was way too good for national League north. He is known to Eustace who had him on loan from Shrewsbury when Eustace was at Kidderminster.
  24. If the rumour of a further 25 per cent cut in the budget is true that may support that theory
